Very clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The room was comfortable and clean. I however have no idea why they put clocks in the room with USB chargers built in, because they don’t work. Never enough electrical outlets near the bed/nightstand.

Motel was fine. It is two stories.All outside entrance with just stairs. Very difficult for seniors. Asked for first floor but none available. Had difficulty with my luggage getting it up the stairs. Thankfully there was a nice gentleman to help me. Learned my lesson to request ground floor when booking.

We only stayed for 1 night passing through, but we still had a great experience. The night and breakfast staff was super friendly. Everything was clean. The complementary breakfast was delicious. Our expectations of this night stay was surpassed.

Walmart at walking distance.

For the price so far the best in comparison to other lodging facilities on I-95.

Our sheets had not been changed prior to our arrival- there was hair under the pillow. AC was very loud which helped drown out the traffic noise. The one ice machine on property was out of ice.

It’s ok , nothing major but I don’t like the 4 guys walking around the parking lot at 2:30 am looking inside vehicles

The room smelled of mold , very musty!! The front desk was a joke . No help. The area is not the best.

There was a men in the front entrance asking for money and he wasn’t a guest.

It was a tough night at the Best Western. The 1st room they put us in the air conditioning was loud and wasn’t really working. We requested a room change and they did…the air in the new room worked great, but at 11:55pm the smoke detector started beeping loudly. Called front desk didn’t have anyone to help us. Gave no suggestions. Luckily We happen to have batteries on us and changed it ourselves, which was difficult bc there was nothing to stand on, we got it changed finally but it still kept beeping. So called front desk again requested a new room change…. They were going to put us back in our original room, the one with the broken air conditioner. Finally put in another room, and the frig didn’t really work. So we finally crawled back into bed at 2:15 am. They never even offered a discount or any sort of compensation. Never again will we stay at a Best Western. ☹️

But I always wipe surfaces and clean a little before settling in and I will say that the place was clean. It just didn’t smell great. If we had stayed for more than one night, I would have asked to change rooms. It probably wasn’t all the rooms and we had no complaints regarding the rest.
