unfortunately they had an A/C problem with the water system and it created a soaked carpet problem some 3x3 foot area. After the first day they addressed the problem it dropped back to just damp carpet. On the great side, my wife loved the bed. She felt very comfortable.

in a quiet business district. hotel was well maintained, Starbucks on campus, free cold bottled water, etc. Rooms were large, with all the standard features including plenty of outlets and USB charging ports etc. Bedding as usual was top notch. Only issue was there was coffee maker hidden inside the cupboard without any other supply for making coffee, perhaps to encourage use of the on campus Starbucks. No microwave in the room.

We had booked for 2 adults and a child, when we checked in they only had king rooms left, said they had over sold the doubles. So not the most desirable accommodations having no option but a roll away, which takes up even more room in a not so large hotel room to start.

Staff was excellent. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel. I very much appreciated the staff locating me away from noisy places

Very beautiful, quiet location. Hotel is somewhat dated but we'll care for. The room was nice, but the bed was too hard for my tastes. Breakfast buffet was delicious, but only staffed by one worker, so refills were slow.

This is a very nice hotel. The courtyard was very nice with a lake. There was no coffee in the room, but there was complementary coffee in the lobby.

Super disappointed there was no cleaning in our 2 night stay. We had 1 towel in our room I asked for me and was told no. Toilet ran all night long.

I was a little disappointed in the hotel. I’ve stayed there in past and lived nearby so would meet friends there. It is amount the the most expensive hotels in St. Louis and would expect that level of performance. The bar personnel were friendly and efficient the desk people not so much. Check in went ok but when I got to the room I found the phone on the desk along wit the charger did not work. On my way to the bar I. Stopped and asked the desk to get it fixed and borrow a charger. The female clerk was not able to anything because they did not have a charger for my I phone but she would get maintainence to look at it. Got back from dinner and still no charger. Called desk and male clerk informed me that none of the chargers in the hotel worked but if I came down he would get me one. He was not able to have delivered. At your price level one would expect the hotel to inform you that the chargers don’t work and offer an alternative, at check in. Why the unnecessary hassle?
