Love the location but the room we had was underwhelming and outdated. The door to our room had previously been kicked in and was not fixed so it could have easily been broken into, you could literally see into the room it would not shut correctly. The AC didn’t seem to be working correctly, it said it was 64 but it was probably closer to 72-74. I had high hopes for the hotel and most likely wouldn’t stay there again.

Everything was wonderful! It’s a beautiful place with great drinks, delicious restaurant Set and really special speakeasy. The only thing that was not 5 stars were the bathrooms. With taupe travertine they were not as updated as the rest of the hotel.

They upgraded me to a bigger suite for my birthday free of charge and they were very accommodating! The room was super cool! Staff were all very friendly! Good was great! Would definitely stay there again!!

Stayed here for 3 nights!! Staff was amazing!! Lobby bar was great!! Angel was the man!! Would definitely stay here again.

Terrible experience with the overall matter. They should not promote the hotel with this kind of manner to save everybody’s time. Front line relations should be extremely assertive not power-trip.

The hotel was beautiful however, when we ordered drinks they were upgraded to top shelf without our permission/ knowledge. Friday night was a nice, quiet and elegant evening. Then came Saturday night! The bar was a club scene with tons of people (not staying at hotel) Fire department and police as the crowd was large and one person taken to the hospital with alcohol poisoning. Unless, that’s your scene, you might want to consider somewhere else.

Very nice. My only concern is that we were not getting a complementary water bottle every day. I think that’s an oversight for a five-star hotel.
Also, the receptionist was unaware of a VIP guest’s potential benefits. We received none.
