Had a fantastic time in Barbados. Staff at Mango Bay were very attentive and oh so friendly. The rooms were very clean...they even come to turn down the bed. Best part is that the beach is just steps away from the hotel! If you go do not miss the sunsets.

Staff was helpful and always courteous & would go beyond in trying to resolve issues. Location was great shopping center across from hotel. Some of the best restaurants in the area for fine dining. The beach was nice & calm. The best part was some water sports included.

Employee Damian Dottin absolutely made it 5-stars. He went out of his way to provide signature service and attention. Most employees seemed happy and brilliant. The food was very good and the team cooking breakfast in the mornings were very hard-working and exceptionally friendly. Could use better management of the beach chairs that were “reserved” by guests with their “stuff” on them for hours while they were no where to be found. The accessibility of the canoe and raft/water equipment was great! Thanks for a wonderful time!

First time to Barbados, was due to stay elsewhere, however last minute had to change ad we came to Mango Bay, location great, good beach area, hotel clean and welcoming, shame about the early risers at 0630hrs grabbing sun beds

Hurricane Beryl hit the night of our stay, they took days to clean up the pool for guests who paid lots of money to be there. Beach was off limits as well. They even knew hurricane beryl was coming but they are so greedy to make money that they didn’t notify guests so they could reschedule instead of come there to only be locked up in our rooms with no electricity or internet. Paid for all inclusive experience-did not get an all inclusive experience!

A quiet and nice time was had overall. Good food, great beach front and swimming. The bar staff was minimal could’ve been friendlier, and service to the beach was limited. Satisfied overall.

Not pleasant at all. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I was travelling alone with my 2 year old and not accommodating at all. Food was absolutely awful and pool was extremely dirty

Mango Bay is situated on a gorgeous beach with calm clear water. Snorkeling right off the beach. The resort provides a lovely sail up the coast. Kayaks, SUPs, Hobie cat, snorkel gear, and even water skiing that’s all included. Breakfast and lunch was good but dinners could be improved and were a hit or miss. Several top notch restaurants are within walking distance so we went of the resort for a couple of dinners. We would definitely return.

The hotel is in Holetown and just outside the gate are the local restaurants and bars which are lively on weekends. The food is very good. Only area of improvement I can think of is that the bathrooms could be renovated to be more modern.

The property needs renovation. Rooms, outside areas, bathrooms, lobby , the main entrance is in terrible conditions!
