The hotel is an IHG (global brand) property and should be more atuned to the meaning of hospitality..... Firstly, I am fully aware that booking for an early check-in in advance comes with a surcharge, but on the occasion when a guest arrives early - and the property has the room available and ready to accept the guest, to ask for a surcharge at that point in order to check in before 2pm is all but "hospitable". I travel a lot and on occasions do arrive early and am able to check in early. On these ocasions I have never been asked to pay a surchage..

Very irritated that the shuttle now has to be ordered and PAID extra for. We came by taxi for the same price but still what’s happened to the holiday inn service!

Room conditions are not the best you can find in Sydney, to say the least. Would not recommend staying in this property unless you require something close to the airport. The pricing is also too high for this kind of stay.

Great property and the room was very clean. We were only in Sydney for 24 hrs but this was a great place for our family to crash and reset in the morning with the great breakfast!

Room advertised as 2 double beds but not told that one of those double beds would be one of the most uncomfortable sofa beds in existence. Room was generally clean but did not smell the greatest.

Modern, nice vibe in hotel and room.All you need is in the room, iron, coffee maker, safe etc.
Two things could be a bit better: 1. Ducted aircon is somewhat noisy, even when turned down. 2. How do you stream to this big Samsung smart tv, not very interested in just free to air

Great nights stay. Really comfy bed and pillows. Only a quick overnight stay so didn't get chance to use any hotel facilities. Not overly impressed with the airport pickup. Driver rude and late.
