Beautiful grounds and pool area was great. Landscaping and foliage were gorgeous. Bathroom (in our room) was a bit dated and showing its age. Very friendly staff.

The staff is great but they didn’t have wait staff for several of the meals. This aging hotel needs some Renovations. The hot tub has no bubbles and the exterior needs a little paint but the pool and grounds are very nice. In our room Half of outlets didn’t work, paint was peeling on the bathroom ceiling (probably because there is not no vent), the bathroom door did not work properly and the bath tub was not draining properly. The art work was odd. The prices charged are not in line with the condition of the room. The location can’t be beat by being on both the outstanding beach and harbor. It’s also walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

We would spend the mornings at the beach and evenings at the harbour to watch the sunset. The Property is a bit older though, so requires a lot of upkeep…I would suggest maybe a dehumidifier in the lobby to get rid of that old damp smell. The room was clean, but had some wear and tear despite being one of the renovated rooms, like the sliding door for the bathroom wasn’t sitting right on the tracks and the dual shower head didn’t really work properly. The room was beautiful though and the views are stunning on either side. All the staff were so friendly too, we enjoyed our time here.

The place needs some work and renovation: bathroom in the room has rusty and unleveled tub, AC is hit or miss in the room, hot sauna was broken, and hot tub needed cleaning. And an elevator wasn’t working. Room wasn’t ready upon arrival and it’d be hours until ready. Kids had a blast in the pool and beach but we might go elsewhere next time.

Check-in. Check-out went smoothly. Restaurant has good food but slow service - seems understaffed. Can’t beat the beach access!

Overall, we had a nice time. The staff is excellent, very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the room service, especially with breakfast. The rooms are in need of some serious updating (which I read they were planning on doing). We could not even close the bathroom door. Also, the pool and area around pool in general needs update/repairs. We would definitely revisit after reno done.
