I booked the room for my daughter and her family for T.G. The location is very close to my sister so it was convenient. The kids said the room was nice and they enjoyed it. I had texted the property to let them know it would be my children using the room and they were very nice.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very small, kitchen had no cupboards. Room was brown, dark, very old and smelled musty.

Room was not clean, upon entering you could see splatters across the tissue holder. Bathroom shower curtain was dirty with dirt and plaster splatter across the wall base. Dirt visible on corners. Room smelled.

The suites are great, with separate rooms and separate bathroom. They even have microwave, cook top, refrigerator, etc. My room had two big screen TV's and I have stayed here three years in a row. It is near to everything, and I will be back next November.

The room was actually a suite with separate bedroom and living room. It had a small kitchen with a great little refrigerator. Both bedroom and living room had huge flat screen TVs. The rooms were freshly painted with beautiful colors, the bedding was lovely and King size bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there, would go back again, and recommend it highly.

This Best Western Hotel was exquisitely clean inside the rooms, as well as on the hotel property (parking lots, office, pool & jacuzzi). I enjoyed my stay very much. The check-in front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. Everything I needed for my room was provided, and extras also.
For example, 2 free water bottles were inside the room when I checked into the room; I even checked at the front desk the next morning, and they were indeed free. Also extra pillows (4 for each bed) were on the beds. I am really grateful to have experienced a professional hotel staff that know how to treat their guests as fellow human beings. It was a pleasure to stay at this Best Western Hotel.

Very rude front desk and GM. Instead of dealing with issues during my stay the staff decided it was better to yell and act immature, in particular the GM liked to play games, instead of directly addressing concerns brought to his attention.

The room and staff were great! The only complaint I have is that the ice machine was not working.

The staff member that checked us in gave the wrong room number so we spent time trying to open the door before someone staying in the room opened it to ask what we were doing. When we went back to the front desk she gave us the exact same room number until we once again told her it was already occupied.
The rest of the staff members seemed quite rude. During breakfast they were annoyed that we hadn’t been told where to go and then gave snarky comments and replies.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying at this location as almost all the staff had an attitude problem except for a single member who was actually personable. But as a whole it was very off putting for the rest of the experience.

We were given a newly renovated room. However I think it was newly renovated in 1994. Dated and would not stay again. All staff were excellent no issues there.
