Gym was very dated with next to no equipment Professional staff and clean but not worth the price. Look at Holiday Inn instead.

No notice that pool and hot tub was out of order. System was down checking in so had to wait after long drive. One elevator did not work. You think they would of given us some form of upgrade as there were three guests booking two rooms. Not the case. Would not be back.

Property was generally clean. Parking area is sketchy with all the homeless people. Toilet seats were weird with washing options. One elevator was out of service. Our room was not cleaned one night for some reason, the cleaning lady was busy on her phone with a personal call when we returned.

The 3 days we were there Only one elevator working, half hour to go to the lobby with suitcases, line up to go up, the hotel was full,people ot get to weddings. Etc. Not acceptable..

Restaraunt and service were good, lobby was nice, but Hotel rooms were not in good shape. Air conditioner had Mold in it so we did not use it. Room was humid and musty and not in good condition at all.

One of the elevator was not working at the time we came, so we had to take the stairs as people was requesting a lot the only elevator available. Also they did not came to change our bed when we left during the day.
Except this it is still a good place to stay as the room are quiet and spacious.

The swimming pool was only 3ft. Wish it was atleast up to 5ft or more. It was more for kids. Staff were so nice and kind. Our check in and check out was done so quickly and efficiently. Yes we would for sure come back again..

Only one elevator was working and when you’re on the 6th floor it’s a problem. I asked when the 2nd elevator would be back in service I found out it would be 2-3 months. I would advise staying somewhere else if traveling this summer.
