I checked in after midnight, and had no issues with checking in. The room was a bit small, bathroom was extremely small. Bathroom was dirt, and not clean properly, the bath towels were disgusting, and stained. Overall not a good stay.

We were able to book a reservation while traveling and stop here for the night. The hotel was clean and the room was perfect. We were able to enjoy the breakfast before leaving and the waffles were great!

No coffee maker in the room, ice machine did not work, no milk in the breakfast area, The sink in the room had a plugged drain. checking and checkout were not pleasant (the person behind the counter did not even get up from his corner seat during checkout, nor did he offer to print a receipt.

I booked a non-refundable room through expedia for Aug 18. I called on Aug 14 to the hotel to ask them whether this could be changed to Aug 19 as it's non-refundable on expedia. The receiption confirmed that if I'm willing to pay the difference of $10 then they will changed for me. They sent me the email confirmation with the room change. But when I came on Aug 19, the receiption said Expedia didn't pay for 19th and refused to check me in. When I asked whether Expedia paid for Aug 18, they refused to check. I asked to talk to the manager. The manager answered the phone from receiption and told the receiption to go to back side to talk on the phone but refused to talk me. Expedia later refund me full amount but just want everybody know how worse their manager act.

Time for an update! The microwave I. Our room was so old and corroded that it was actually shooting sparks. The TV only got snowy reception. The breakfast had 2 working waffle irons but they were out of batter. Choices were cereal some fruit a little yogurt and white bread and a two slice toaster for many lined up waiting. Eventually the front desk guy brought out some frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and again everyone had to wait their turn. I would have brought mine to my room but as mentioned the microwave was a fire hazard.
The front desk guy was responsive when I mentioned the microwave and TV, but it’s hard to believe that no one has complained before?
