One of my favorite hotels in Zacatecas . I have stayed there couple times, I enjoy it very much every time, I had a glass of wine at the bar, It was terrible .

Beautiful place in a beautiful city. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are amazing, although water pressure on upper floors is low. Restaurant and bar are amazingly picturesque with old world style service. I stay here every trip I take to Zacatecas.

Excellent for relax and take a tour around city. Not convinient for bussines people (missing desk on rooms and hard to find outlets)

All of the staff were amazing, Victor gave us great customer service, made us feel right at home. Xochitl and all the other staff were great as well. I have stayed at Quinta Real Zacatecas numerous times and will continue to do so! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great stay! Beautiful hotel. My kids loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom. We all loved the balcony. The food at the hotel was yummy. The only recommendation I would give is to have more lighting in the room. Once the sun went down, the lighting in the hotel wasn't enough. It was always very dim.

The staff were all incredibly friendly. From arrival to departure we enjoyed our stay. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Only complaint would be that the room only had a single coffee cup and one coffee for two people. This was a two night stay and we were only refreshed with one coffee no refill on cream or sugar…. Seems strange to not have this amenity stocked appropriately for a room booked for 2 people.

The rooms are a little outdated and a little dirty, carpet was old bed sheets had a stain and other small things. The staff was great there area and hotel was nice, vintage for sure. Restaurant was good but pricy

The fact they have events with Loud music till 2am for someone that wants to rest is horrible. Will no longer stay there. My first time was amazing, this time not so much,

The rooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly and if you had any questions it would help you out. The food was great. I give this a five stars truly recommend to stay here at this hotel.
