I had a 2 night stay at the GA Columbus Marriott. The first night the water was lukewarm both sink and shower. The next day the sink had only cold water and the shower was moderately warm. That was not a relaxing shower at all.
The shower flooring was very dirty. In fact, I went out and bought a pair of flip flops just to wear in the shower.
On the first night, I called for room service and no one picked up the phone. I ended up going downstairs and ordering my food to go. I ordered tomatoe basil soup and a club sandwitch. That took 37 minutes!
I will not stay here again on my next trip yo Columbus GA.

Very nice. The staff and hotel services were exceptionally attentive. The hotel was nice and accomidating to myself and my service dog. We were very pleased. Appreciated the hospitality.

The rules were extremely small and the pads were hard. I had difficulty even trying to go to sleep the bathroom, terrible I can’t believe they were called this luxury hotel.

The hotel is nice, staff friendly and nice expert for the breakfast. Staff at breakfast is not useful or friendly..$20 each for breakfast which was not good at all.. not many option and food disgusting.. otherwise the property is beautiful and clean

Everything was great but the temperature. I like my room cold, but the the lack of air conditioning in the hallway (they were hot) and the weak air flow did not allow the room to cool.

Staff was clearly untrained. Hotel bar was inconsistent in hours of operation. Coffee shop has been closed since 2020 but shows on website. Cleaning staff knocked even with do not disturb sign AND entered our room without knocking!!

I had people knocking on my doo evry 5 mins and some random guy walked up to me in parking lot and asked for a dolla! Are u serious? Also the front guy didnt know wht he was doing!! It was a whole mess!! I am never staying there again!!

The air conditioning unit in my room was out and since the hotel was full, they could not provide me with a different room. Truly unacceptable when it’s 100 degrees outside. They should have given me a refund so I could have gone to a different hotel.

Overall it was good. There was a night where there was a lot of yelling and arguing happening outside. It made it difficult sleeping. Also the door to our room was wedged into the door frame and it made it difficult getting in/out of the room. My Mom, who is handicap, was unable to open the door.
