I'm just gonna say the stay wasn't pleasant. The room door key wouldn't work. We had to open the door through the window because the door key reader was broken and they didn't have another room to swith ours. And yes luckily they left the window open. The attendant said the handyman was trying to fix it early that day, so he probably left the window open. We got there about 9-ish pm so it was kinda late to look for another hotel at that point. The room itself wasn't the best either. The bathroom was bad like the paint was pealing off and the shower also was in bad shape. Now it was probably only that room who knows.

A lot of people standing around outside, talking loudly and yelling to each other across the parking lot. People sitting all over the stairs to get to the second floor so walking through them was uncomfortable. Then when we go to our room, the door was cracked open which left an uneasy feeling that someone might have been in there. The A/C was missing the entire cover and didn’t seem to be working at all leaving a musty smell in the room and the restroom looked very run-down and had hair all over the floor so clearly it had not been cleaned. In the end, we didn’t feel safe there and ended up staying the night at a family member’s house instead. 0/10 will never be going back.

The people at the front desk were rude. There was tons of rowdy people all over the parking lot. The tub was filthy the furniture looked like it had a film of dust on it. But it was just that way. The tv remote didn’t work. The couch had a rip in it. The door looked like it had been kicked in. I did not feel safe.

Room was horrible and has bugs inside the room the sofa bed did not change the bed sheets it was dirty and so i have to sleep sitting down . I book two nights but i check out one day early a lot homeless. And door in the room was not opening you have to try manny times to open.

My flight canceled. I called to see if I could get a refund. No good no go. Call the manager. He seem to be very unprofessional. I was looking for a hotel for drivers that pick up in that area. It won’t be this place.

The shower wasn’t working and all the paint in the shower was peel, the bathtub was on really bad condition, the air conditioner never work! To many homeless people around! Really bad experience

The place is overrun by vagrants. Didn't realize what a shady area of town this was in. Within 5 mins of waiting to check in, we saw three ladies of the evening, at least five inidividuals dragging their bicycles up the stairs, and a pair of suspicious guys with backpacks looking into windows of cars in the parking lot. Unless you like to frequent trap houses, I'd stay far away from this dump. The only positive I have was the front desk person who was very helpful and honest about the situation.

Pro: clean sheets, roof over the head, small fridge and microwave in room, plenty of pillows, blackout curtains, quick and easy checkin and out
Con: water in tub had leak and dropped all night, vent fan in bathroom was precariously hanging down from ceiling, bathroom tub/insert was old and in disrepair(needs to be resurfaced or replaced), huge cracks around the main door of room let in outside smoke from other tenants, thin towels and not enough of them, breakfast consisted of coffee and granola bars, stairwell and stairs were filthy and little red, loud/noisy tenants

The hotel is amazing but more for older couple. It’s super quiet and nothing to do in the hotel. Activities are horrible around 8 PM. Nothing to do around DJ horrible starting times super late and there’s no attraction in the hotel. The only good thing is and the rooms are amazing, nothing to do in the hotel itself boring
