Clean hotel . Starting to renovate so a little loud in the morning but not to bad.

The ammonia odor in the lobby was too strong. The heater in the room sounded like a mouse was scratching to get out. The area of town is not as safe as I hoped. I drove past the hotel entrance the first time I arrived.

Everything new and clean. Location conveniently close to Arena and Stadium. Many drinking and dining options in the area and the breakfast was great.

We arrived only to find that even with a confirmation number from hotel.com the hotel did not have a a reservation for us or any vacancy. After a long day it was frustrating to arrive to this unfortunate situation. I will not be doing business with hotel.com anymore. The receptionist/hotel attendant was wonderful and accommodating as she helped us find another room at a local hotel.

Not a bad value for the location to downtown. I did give it a 4 out 5 due to renovations.

It was a comfortable one night stay.
I must say the one breakfast cook was an Awesome, Friendly, Hard working man, who went above and beyond to make evry visitor satisfied with the continental breakfast.
He was an Awesome hustler in keeping the food on the Bar.

This hotel is slightly on the outskirts of downtown but still close enough to walk to everything. We were very comfortable there.

It was just for one night to make an early appointment downtown. Very nice and secure. I didn't eat but the served breakfast looked and smelled awesome. Will definitely stay again!

Most of the businesses in downtown were shuttered for good or closed for the night, which created a subdued feeling. Mellow Mushroom, however, was a great rec from the staff. The Augusta Riverwalk was also enjoyable, though the river was half stagnant and very buggy.

Carpet cleaner fumes were too strong for us to stay in the room. Tried to get another room but there were none. We had to leave. We contacted Expedia for a refund and never received anything.

This was my second stay at this facility and I have enjoyed both. I hope to stay there each time I visit the Augusta area. Thank you!

I have no idea how this hotel has an 8.2 guest rating on Expedia. I would believe 6.2.
The location is not in a good area. The parking lot is enclosed with an electric gate. There is chicken wire on the gate.
The ice machine on our floor was broken. Sign posted on it. No plans to repair.
No coffee for the Keurig in our room. I asked for regular coffee. The hotel staff said they are out of regular coffee. Only one coffee cup left in the room. So I went to the lobby to get coffee and there was no coffee in the lobby for breakfast.
We had a 2 queen bed room with 3 people. The hotel only gives you two towels. This problem was listed on reviews before but has not been corrected.
The only good things were that the room was clean and the beds were decently comfortable.
I would not stay here again.
