This was my 3rd time to this resort. First time experiencing "Fairmont Gold". It was such an elevated experience. I highly recommend upgrading to or booking gold. You will not regret it. So many added benefits and ammenties!!

We had so many issues with our room. When we checked in the shower door would not close and there was so much bird droppings on our patio. Second day bathroom sink was clogged and the entry way light flickered. On the fourth day of our stay our room was not serviced by 3:00 pm. When I called they said they were extremely busy with many people checking out and that they would send someone to clean in an hour. Never had turn down service.
Hotel provided me $250 credit towards our stay. I was extremely disappointed with the Fairmont I expected outstanding service from this 4 star hotel especially with the rate I paid for a summer stay In Scottsdale.

Amazing resort with great amenities. Great place for a little get away with the kids. Only caveat for not getting 5 stars was the service. Some staff at times were not very nice, but I’m assuming they were just having a great day.
