As a family this could not have been better. Vibrant but clean and comfortable hotel. Staff excellent, very friendly. Quiet night sleep. 10/10 for us and my kids loved the little sports activities.

If you are looking for a nice affordable place to stay while visiting Paris, this is the place for you. The hotel is right by the train station which makes central Paris 25 mins away and at a third the price. An 1-3 zone travel card is a cheap way to travel around a well organised travel system.
The front of desk staff are outstanding and looked out for us, giving valuable guidance and tips on how to get by.
The breakfast was good quality set in an intimately small dining area, perfect for families. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

If you are looking for a nice affordable place to stay while visiting Paris, this is the place for you. The hotel is right by the train station which makes central Paris 25 mins away and at a third the price. An 1-3 zone travel card is a cheap way to travel around a well organised travel system.

Hotel was very nice, breakfast was good too. It’s quite a distance from the attractions in Paris so each way will cost an average of $38.00 but we never had problems finding an Uber

Excellent staff, very close to the metro station and the room was clean. Only problem was the lack of AC. However they were kind enough to give us two fans as we had a big family room. There were a few problems with the room service but they were quickly resolved

Extremely warm - no aircon so had a very bad night. This is apparently a 4 star hotel, but nothing in the minibar and only paper cups for coffee/tea. Will not use this hotel again.

One night visit on a work trip to this Novotel in Paris in December. The area is not inspiring, but if you have meetings or friends in this area it works well. The rooms are spacious but very basic. The lobby bar / restaurant is cozy, clearly effort has been made with small details. The breakfast is good and sets you up for a new day. You won't find luxury in this hotel, but if it is on your route it is a safe choice for sleeping a good nights sleep.

Overpriced hotel, very basic room for premium price. No possibility to adjust temperature in room (too cold), only one (out of two) small working elevators so a lot of waiting. No room service menu in the rooms, had to scan a QR code in the elevator and menu only in French. Breakfast was good.

It's absolutely fine for a one-night stay, but as you would expect from a Novotel, it's pretty soulless. It was clean and the staff were very pleasant.

The heating wasn't working in my room, so it was rather cold (January). The nice lady in reception brought up an electric heater but ended up giving me a different room - which was goo because the rooms are big and the electric heater would not have warmed it very well.
