The hotel was fine, just not the caliber of what I would normally expect from a Ritz Carlton. The property was on the older side with little or no wow factor. I would say it was just okay, maybe even overpriced.

The valet team especially Daniel was amazing.
They went above and beyond when my car became disabled. They literally pushed the car by hand out of underground garage to enable tow.

Our stay here was exceptional! The customer service experience was unlike anything we have experienced at any other hotel. Everything on the property was in pristine condition, clean, and tidy. Both restaurants served great food and the pool was relaxing and quiet!

Let me just say this was an amazingly great stay!! The staff was amazing!! Property was beautiful! The food was awesome. Best poolside nachos I were ever had!! First time to the desert and I didn’t wanna leave. The heat was perfect!! I’m still in awe and wanna go back now!!!🤣🤣❤️❤️

best staff. literally everyone treats you like a king or queen, in my opinion. i love how peaceful it feels being here. Best thing is that there’s no ghetto people or loud crowds. great for couples, families or even if you want to be alone.

Superb hotel. Excellent helpful
Staff at front desk, restaurant and pool area. Beautiful grounds, impeccably kept, only problem occurred at end of trip, called bellboy, Took 30 mins to arrive. Not acceptable in a hotel of that size or standard.to have only1 bellboy on duty in the morning when people are checking out

We always enjoy our stays here at the Ritz Carlton, Rancho Mirage. The Staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to ensure we have a fantastic time, without them it would just be a Building. The recent refurbishment is absolutely wonderful.
