Room did not have working heat unit. Two different techs tried to fix unit. First one very polite and helpful. His repair did not work. Second tech said unit was working and brought in two heavy blankets if we were cold. He said room was so hot he was sweating. He obviously did not know what he was doing. Fortunately my wife reminded me that I had a portable heater in the car. I got it and that warmed the room. We could not get a different room as the hotel was sold out. Overall a bad experience

I did not stay at Hilton in Ocala. I cancelled 3/4 days before my arrival date. However, the Hilton charged me $148.00 and I did not stay at all there. I would like the return of my money for this reservation in which I have proof that I cancelled in due time.

Great place to stay, paid for the breakfast and it was a disappointment. Same breakfast most hotels give you for free. Waitress we had was not very friendly, the other waitress was very nice and helpful.

Main problem for me is that the TV did not work well we asked for help , it came , but at the end their system was out ..We styed for 3 nightsd first night wasOk but the other 2 no good.
Also when we arrived there where not towels in the bathroom..
At check out had trouble with computer took 5 minutesd to print out receipt.

I had endured several days without electricity following Hurricane Milton and decided to take a break from the monotony of uncomfortable inconvenience and drove to Ocala for the night. Overall, I'd say I made a good choice of places to stay by choosing Hilton Ocala.
Staff was friendly and helpful, they has a nice restaurant bar where I had a tasty burger, and my room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for my purposes with nearby shopping, restaurants and a cinema.
A few quibbles: the ice machine on my floor was out of order and the hair dryer in my room didn't work, but overall, I was very pleased with the experience.

Norma was exceptionally helpful during our stay. She is very attentive to details. Norma was very compassionate to our needs due to traveling with a family member that is wheelchair bound.

The housekeeper on my floor was so helpful; I think her name was Dayanna(?). Is he called a maintenance worker to help me with a lock problem of my own making and he fixed it!

I checked in on the 31st to sleep overnight but it put me down for September 1st. I don't know how to fix this but I had insurance on the room and it clearly was the 31st that I clicked on my itinerary. In the end it said September 1st. I needed a room for the 31st so I never checked in and I got charged?

Rooms were good, tea. Water was warm, not hot both in restaurants and lobby, in heavy rains, large puddle over a foot deep on entry driveway causes car stalls for drivers who don’t know about it. Suggest a sign at reception, warning people how to get around it in a heavy rain or right after.

I really enjoyed the food at this property. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Sadly we had a horrible view overlooking the roof and air conditioner but sometimes this can’t be helped.
