Nice stay! Friendly staff, clean and a comfortable bed. Only negative is the TV is in an uncomfortable position… should be on the wall to easily be viewed from the bed.

It is hard for me to be comfortable and be able to sleep most times when I stay in hotels, but here I actually slept. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, I wasn’t disturbed by other guests in the hotel, and the bathroom was very easily accessible to keep me safe. Thank you!

The man who checked up in was nice and easy to connect with . Hotel was fine. Elevator was so far away it was walking forever to get there

The room was clean and comfortable, but the coffee maker didn’t work! We paid for breakfast only to find out than you stood in line to pick it up. If you paid for a full breakfast you were entitled to one warm dish and one drink. If we would have known this, we would have not prepaid for an awful breakfast and would have eaten in town.

The staff was great and very professional. The hotel is clean and overall in good condition. We personally loved the cafe which had a nice variety of food for both breakfast and dinner in addition to having wine, beer, and cocktails. Overall we had a great stay and liked the location in relation to sleepy hollow.

People were great and helpful but after a very long day there are two Marriotts listed in Tarrytown, NY on the exact same road - five minutes apart. Receptionists say that it happens "all the time". Find a parking place at a distance, unload your luggage, check-in X two not fun when it seems that this could be resolved rather easily.

According to your website the hotel supposedly has breakfast included. We were told by the assistant general mgr. (who posed as the general mgr.) that we did not have breakfast included and we could purchase breakfast if we wanted. When I explained that your website states breakfast included, the general mgr. requested my confirmation and told me if it's not stated on the confirmation I was not entitled to it. The "G/M" was exceptionally unfriendly and told us he couldn't do anything for us. When I asked him for the corporate phone number, it wouldn't do me any good as I would be transferred back to him. In addition the room was not all that clean and our daughter killed an enormous cockroach in the room. When my daughter told the chambermaid about it she responded by laughing.

Our first room had no furniture on the balcony but they changed our room no problem! the bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet! Housekeeping was amazing too along with front desk! The Bistro was amazing too!

A hidden little gem near the historic village of Tarrytown. Rooms are a decent size, but the bathroom area is basic. The exterior views are nothing to write home about, and noisy during the weekdays with the ongoing renovations, so try to get a room overlooking the courtyard and not on the top floor (since the roof is being worked on). There’s not much to the gym and it could use more equipment. The little common area in the lobby is reasonably well appointed and setup for accommodating several different parties. The breakfast options available there are OK but a little bit pricey for what you get. The courtyard has some very nice fire pits and lounge areas that you can enjoy on nice days.

I was told on check-in that coffee was available 24 hours. When I went to get coffee at 6:30 a.m. I was told by the staff waiting to open up the coffee stand that it was not available until 7.
Also, I would have thought a place like this would have free drip coffee in the early morning. Not so.
Otherwise, the room was fine, bed was fine. No problems on any of those fronts.

First time staying there the room smelt so good very welcoming the second time not so much. Hard time sleeping because our room has a door that lead to another room. Didn’t feel the safest. My kid was worried.
