A wonderful hotel with breathtaking views. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The rooms are beautiful as well serviced twice daily. The only downside is if you want to go to capri main square a 7-min taxi ride is 25 Euros each way.

This may be the most beautiful property I have ever stayed at. We enjoyed our terrace in the evening and had room service for breakfast one morning to enjoy breakfast on the terrace. The staff is very attentive. The Ana Capri shopping area was a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
It was great being whisked away by the hotel shuttle from the hectic ferry marina. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This is a beautiful hotel with stunning views. It is extremely peaceful and quiet with helpful staff. The pool overlooks the ocean and all you see is blue. The food is exceptional. The breakfast service is delicious. We have been here six times over the years as it is always an amazing experience.

Despite the incredible view of the hotel, we were disappointed. I believe the qualities of the pool, rooms and building don’t justify its price. We were very disappointed with the service of the concierge. They charged a very abusive price to book a ride from the port in Napoli to the airport. Also, every time you need to go to center of Capri, you need to wait and pay for a taxi (50 euros, each visit, and generally, it’s usual to go twice a day). BTW, I had a very bad experience with the concierge while I was waiting for a taxi.

This hotel is truly one of a kind. The property is absolutely stunning and the service is top notch. We had the junior suite, not cliff side, which included a personal garden. We will be dreaming of the day we can stay here again!

It also means a $30 euro cab ride each way to have dinner if you want to eat off property. But mainly it means that you have the incredible views all to yourself. Anacapri is an easy walk. But it doesn’t have the flare of the further away Capri town center. Staff is friendly and helpful in whatever language you might need.

The room was spacious and comfortable and not a sound at night. Special thanks to Carmine, Roberto and Francesco for their excellent service! Outstanding two night stay and I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Best place on Capri.

Relax by the double Infiniti pool or take a short walk into AnaCapri, come home and visit the steam room with natural herbs and then relax in your room overlooking the ocean. The concierge is SO helpful with suggestions and booked an amazing boat ride for us . If you are trying to choose a hotel, this is the one. I hope we can return one day!

Incredible property…views and the grounds. Hotel was beautiful.
Only two minor issues…flies at the pool are unbearable and their pillows for sleeping were very uncomfortable. Otherwise it is an incredible experience
