Back door had a rock proppet it open makeing a security risk.
Hair was left in the bathtub by previous tennant.

Only one sheet of small notepad paper was in room.
Pillows smelled like sweat.
Breakfeast food was ok not terffic but suitable.
Wouldn't stay ay another Wyndham property based on this experience.

The room was dirty. They had tried to “remodel“ but it was terrible! The paint was peeling off the tub. There was paint on the faucet and on the drain just not finished at all. There was no water in the tub or the shower. It would not turn on. The floor had grit all over it. It was a terrible stay overall it was certainly not worth $150. I paid for it.

The water was turned off around 9:45am the day we were checking out (stayed 2 nights). Check out time is 11am. Called the front desk and they said they had given us a letter the day before warning us that it was gonna get shut off due to maintenance... we never received said notice.

The elevator was filthy as was the dinning ares. We dis not eat breakfast there. I was scared to even eat or have coffee. I could not understand the staff as they were all Indian. The property was horrible. Trash everywhere, beer cans and cigarette butts. I did not have soap in my room. Im not sure they really cleaned anything in that hotel. I will never stay at the property or any other La Quinta again. I have stayed at several in the Kansas City area over the past 5 years but this stay has ended that for me.

Property is a little worn down and out of date. In a good quiet area. Breakfast was minimal.. found 2 hairs in breakfast. One in eggs and one in gravy. Pancake machine was broke. Beds were very comfy. Was best part.

Our group came a little bit late and front desk staff was not ready at all and it took us 45 minutes to check in. Front desk staff was friendly though. Several of our reserved rooms were infested with bed bugs and we asked to switch rooms - but unfortunately no rooms were available. During the checkout, we were promised to get a refund for those two rooms with bed bugs, and they followed up with that promise. Also, the advertised price on Hotels.com was $113 per room, taxes included. We opted for "pay at the hotel option". When they emailed us receipts, we saw that we were charged $120 per room, plus taxes - which brought the price for each room to $140. Lesson learned - to always pay directly Hotels.com

Average hotel. Was fairly clean. Bed okay but rollef into mattress. The deep purple accent was not relaxing. A more neutral color would of been more relaxing. The the bath tub was extremely high and hard to get into. Ned another hand rail for safety. Breakfast was ok but the most of biscuits were hsrd as a rock

First and foremost the staff was friendly and gave great service. The property is pretty dated. You can tell they've tried to upgrade but it has a dingy look to it. But it was reasonable for the price i paid. One major thing to note... my bath tub/shower floor was elevated from the bathroom floor and felt very unsafe. In fact the first time i got out if the door wouldn't have been closed i probably would have fell. But other than that I'd probably stay there again if i needed something affordable.

The pictures indicate a very nice updated hotel. Our room was filthy- our feet turned black, the tub had no plug and the front desk didn’t have extras so we had to rig the tub so we could bathe our kids who ended up with filthy black feet immediately after being bathed. The front desk also had no extra pillows available. There were individuals sitting around stairwells and random places through the hotel when we arrived at 9pm and it had us feeling uneasy.

There was always staff willing to help. Cleanliness was amazing!! I travel A LOT and this is the only LA QUINTA that has exceeded my expectations in every single way. Good job to management and staff. The only hotel that has the cleanliness that we as travelers would need. Not only the hotel room but the lobby, the cafeteria, the elevator, everything. !
