This hotel is fine...but could use a reno soon. The location isn't great. It is sortuv locked in by highways and you aren't able to walk anywhere. The lobby has gone beyond deodorizing to "stench"...what are they trying to cover up? Overall, it seemed very pricey for what it provides.

Water damage by our room slippery floors because of this and fans outside our room. Concerns about mold

The hotel was close to PBI - unfortunately the shuttle didn't start till 6 am but Uber was reliable and on time. We enjoyed our room and the bar area for a light snack.

Room had a slight musty smell, otherwise good.

No notification of charge for parking.

Convenient and well located.

Food at the restaurant took forever. Didn’t have all that was offered in te menu. Room service was eternal, more that 30 min Overall the hotel charges way much more it’s moneys worth

In town for an event for my athlete. I wanted to get her good at their bistro, I was walked by multiple times by an oblivious employee who didn’t bother to recognize new customers. Sign says seat yourself. I also walked to the bar for attention, completely ignored like they overwhelmed with their meager bar. I knew it was time to leave as we would never get good. Called once we arrived to the room report our air was not cooling. The service agent gave suggestions to get it working again, saying they were very full today. I did make attempts. We left for a meal. Returned to air still not working. I called again and they verified I called prior and then said they would send someone up. I waited two hours and no one came. I was unable to leave my room because I was waiting. At this point I had lost my faith in them. I continued to play spurn with the air myself and got it to finally turn the fan on and cooling around 11:45. It’s florida, pretty disappointed with my stay. I mentioned it at checkout, and was given condolences by a friendly gentleman however no offer of credit or how to make my stay any better. Would not return for future athlete events in the area.

Staff was rude and abusive Did not service room

Quiet and convenient. No heat and refrigerator did not work. Rooms showed alot of wear and tare. Several attempts to fix but no results. I feel I did not get my $400. worth of stay.

This could be a good hotel, the price/quality is not there. It is very old...

I liked the service of the bistro. I didn’t like the lack of cleanliness, the very old gym equipment and absence of renovation of the bathrooms at least.

The hotel is dated and not very clean. The front desk was nice though.

Room was falling apart! Construction paper on window-didn’t tell us!! Hook falling off in bathroom! Closets are ridiculously small!

Nice hotel, walking distance from theater & shops. A little disappointed that WiFi wasn’t included.

I drove from the panhandle of Florida and chose this hotel for its convenience to catch an early flight. I woke up to a shower that would not drain and full of two inches of dirty water. Being in a rush to catch a flight I did not have time for the maintenance staff to come and look at it. What a waste of money. Staff were very nice.

The hotel was clean, in good area and at most very friendly. The room service was horrible on both time we ordered.

Very ttired hotel

Inconvenient and unpleasant neighborhood. No assistance checking in. Broken television in first room. Moved to another room with a leaky faucet that kept us up all night, and engineering could not repair.. Inexperienced front desk. Dilapidated property. Very expensive for the quality.

Ive been staying here for over 6 years. They don't charge for parking and very conveniente to I 95 and the beaches.

Not walking distance to downtown.

Hotel seems a little long in the tooth for a Marriott. Drop ceilings in the bath make it seem old, in need of an update. Location is a little isolating for walks. Food and bar service was good, can recommend the hotel restaurant. Pool was nice, comfortable place to hang out, except for road noise.

Everyone was extremely friendly and everything was extremely clean. Bar had great food and drinks.

Great place to stay and enjoy a vacation or even spend a weekend. The bathroom although good needs some improvement, such as at least one or two hooks to hang your shorts, towel etc. Staff is super help!!!

The staff was very friendly. I experienced a welcoming environment throughout my stay.

Everything was perfect Reception was very polite, helpful and extremely accommodating. The only objection to had was room service breakfast was served in paper bags with no plates or silverware? Which I was told is new way, modern. When companies pained it was served properly but the time taken ? Omellate was cold toasts were soggy and coffee was cold? Never ever order room service.

Housekeeping left cleaning product in my bathroom 2 days in a row. Battery in safe was dead so I could not lock up valuables. Freezer tray in fridge was broken. Did appreciate the quiet experienced on my hotel floor (8th floor)

We book 2 rooms and we’re not happy after our first night after getting all of our thing settled, we had a room with a wall and ceiling leak which apparently was known to the hotel. We made notice of the problems and we had a busy several days getting our daughter into college nearby. Got very little sleep with the dripping water 1st two nights. Our biggest negative observation was no one from Management offered any apology for inconvenience.

The hotel is a very clean, very eco-friendly. The only thing that missing the pool is so quiet for visitors.it would be good if there is a place that can offer like even soft beverages. Some easy relaxing music would be a plus. Location perfect to explore the area.
