My room only had a view of a covered plastered building so it wasn’t very inviting. Also, I would recommend that you had some English entertainment programs. I even saw a bus on the street say in English out of service so you certainly can provide some English entertainment with subtitles.

Hospitality was very good.
I liked that the hotel was centrally located.
Metro subway is a block away.
Also, we took the 100E bus from the airport and then walked a few minutes to the hotel.
Close to many restaurants and shopping just outside.
Walking distance to the Danube.
Buses are near by.

So impressed by this hotel! Large rooms, great bathroom, comfortable beds, welcoming lobby and helpful staff. Location was perfect for our first visit to Budapest.

Kempinski Corvinus situated in a perfect, convenient location - easy walking distance to key attractions and dinning scenes. Upon check-in, the guest representative was kind enough to give us an upgrade. We found the room to be comfortable and always clean (think 2-3 times housekeeping a day). We appreciate the intent to keep the room tidy. One complain we have would be the fact that the room isn't sound proof enough. We could easily hear street noises throughout the night. If the hotel can do something about that, it would be wonderful.

Worst 5 star hotel I've ever been to. Stayed at the hotel for 6 days. Requested ice since day 1, it didn't come. Tried again next day, the ice just didn't come at all.
Did not take room cleaning seriously. The floor mat was found in the basin, my pyjamas was left at the side table in a mess!

Beautiful new hotel in a great location. Very comfortable to sleep in and everything felt very clean. Would like to come back again.

Stayed at Kempinski around the world, but the standard / condition of this hotel was not at par with what i have experienced. I believe the hotel is too old (1980 s interior) which doesn't justify the value for money thesis.

We were impressed by the friendliness and dedication of all the staff. The consierge people were great: especially Andros, who took the strain out of our Lake Balaton excursion. The hotel was spotless, and our room spacious. The only criticism would be that the shower gel and lotion had a less than subtle undercurrent of peroxide in its scent. So as to not end on a down note: the hotel is located in a convenient location for food and shopping, and my wife says the Spa was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The amenities fully met our expectations, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to use the Spa, but we look forward to trying it on our next future visit.
