The lobby was beautiful. The market was awesome and well stocked. Restaurant looked nice with the bar as well. Great pool and hot tub as a bonus. Loved the free parking and ease of elevators. Beds were comfy, pillows decent.
Small issue with the room brightness, see photo, not as blackout as would’ve hoped. Was a bit frustrating considering checkout is amazingly at noon.

We arrived jet tub was not working in the room, called front desk and had to wait for 40 min with no follow up from anyone. I had to go all the way down to front desk and they informwd me that they did fix it from outside the room but they didnt bother to inform me. At night there was metal knocking sound that went on for all night and made our sleep horrible. They made hilton name and quality horrible.

I had gotten an intestinal bug due to poor water safety when eating breakfast in an unsanitary way (unsafe water in the orange juice dispenser which I had called attention to after I ingested some)

Great place. Hot tub didn’t have all jets functioning. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel had me charged double at the checkout. As I had checked my credit card I was able to notice it right away I called back to question and the staff mentioned it was a mistake. Not sure how can that be a mistake. But something to consider to watch out in the future.

Children were running up and down the halls late into the night. The swimming pool was filled with children running and screaming and they had used all the clean towels and thrown them back on the shelf for clean towels. That wasnt an issue with hotel staff, but it would have been nice if someone was monitoring from time to time.

Only issue was there was no microwave in room or lobby. The restaurant was available but pricey - CAD$ 28 for breakfast buffet until 10am. CAD$ 15 for caramel dessert. Restaurant barely had guests.
Being that it's off the highway, it's not easy to go out for food but with a car, you can explore the area. You can probably have food delivered or visit the concession stand in the lobby.

I appreciated the proximity to the highway and to other amenities. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds quite comfortable. The swimming pool was great for my children. We really enjoyed our stay and it was easy to get in and out of the facility. Thanks for the great stay

We stayed after our home flooded in a large storm as did many other guests arriving late at night! The restaurant was open way past their closing time in order to accommodate all of us arriving late in the evening! Great service by the team in the restaurant! Thanks so much!
Check out was less stellar as the one desk agent spent a very long time with one client and nobody else was available to support the guests.
Room was very clean, large and spacious! The only thing I’d recommend is to have a magnifying mirror in the bathroom!

Nothing within walking distance, far from Montreal, old dingy feeling. Cleaning staff do bare minimum. Breakfast 27$ a person. My car was damaged in the parking lot.
