The location of the hotel was pretty good, but the hotel was nothing to brag on. Our specific hotel room smelled like a combination of stale cigarettes and wet dog. Our toilet did not function properly, I called the front desk, they sent someone to “fix it”. The toilet was “fixed” Until the next time we needed to use it. They eventually had to come upstairs, take the lid off the toilet, and tell me how to operate the top tank of the toilet to fix it. We were unable to move to another room because there were no other rooms that fit the needs that we had. There was no offering to remediate the situation either other than just showing us how to run the toilet, which included having to reach into the toilet and moved the float so that it would let the water release and fill back up.

Our stay here was not the greatest, but it worked. The building,windows, and doors are a little old. The room was updated a bit, but overall, I would just say our stay was OK.

We will book here again. It offered everything we needed in our stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. However the breakfast was lackluster and there was hair in the food at times. The room doors do not block much sound or light from the hallway making it very difficult to sleep, especially on the first floor.

Nice hotel, would def stay again. The only thing that bothered me was the kitchen cook wore gloves to cook, but went out and wiped tables and cleared dirty dishes and then went into the kitchen to continue cooking without changing gloves. That grossed me out a bit. But other than that the staff was beyond friendly and it was very clean and the rooms were nice and spacious

From the outside it looks fairly generic but the room was updated and exceptionally clean and the staff was very nice. The lobby area and elevator are not great but hey, the shower and bed and the whole room was great-and looked like a much higher end hotel. So, would I stay again? You bet-it was a great deal.

The area was kinda sketchy. The hotel room smelled like mold and the AC unit didnt cool very well. I dont think i would stay there again. I think the rating was high on the website and it ahouldnt be. The bathroom was small and looked unfinished.

breakfast was supposed to be open at 6am and nobody was there-The person at the front desk called the person that was supposed to be there and said he or she could be there in a half hour-expensive room that would expect that small amount of service

Our shower did not work at ALL couldn’t take showers in the morning then house cleaning was already knocking on our door and it wasn’t even 10 am yet. Told the front desk at checkout and he pretty much told me it’s not their problem because we are already past time.

Little details around the room, for example the windows, the door jambs, and the shower head need additional work. But overall, the property is pretty nice. It was recently renovated, but it looks like they may still be working on completing the renovation.

The property was not like the pictures when I booked the room. It wasn’t what I expected. I will not be booking again at this hotel. It was good for the night and it worked.

We ended up taking our loss on this hotel, left and paid for another one. Pulling up to the property, its surrounded by homeless people that were obviously high on something. Once we checked in, we couldn't understand the gentleman at the front so we kept it brief and headed to our room. Upon entering our room, the room/ and hallway, both smelt of mildew and mold almost. An awful smell throughout the hotel. Entering into the room, our floor/ carpet was soaking wet, including our sheets. I'm not sure if this room had a leak or not, but this hotel was NOT it.
