Our stay at Trianon was amazing. The rooms were extremely clean. The lobby was very impressive. The pool deck was outstanding.

I was abused and insulted twice by the Restaurant Servers and the Manager. I can qualify it as Discrimination. Now I am trying to figure up in which Category. Age, Sex, Race, Nationality or what!!!

At night the exterior of the hotel is dark. Not illumination at the Pool Area or at the Parking Lot. DANGEROUS!!!
The Pictures are a bluff. The hotel doesn’t look like that.

This hotel is a best kept secret! Beautiful rooms centrally located. Great pool and outdoor bar. Close to Promenade shops and bakery/grocery. Convenient! Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms need an overall. New bedding, mattresses and
Hardware on furniture. Curtains hideous- just pull down and leave sheers.
Pool & tiki hut fun. Walk to really good restaurants & DeRomas.
Just that little interior design boost would make it stellar!

Overall the hotel was nice and staff very friendly. The comments I would make regarding the room, my pillowcase was stained, 4 outlets didn’t work so trying to charge our phones was tricky. Wish there would’ve been a microwave in the room.

Our fist time staying here but it will not be the last we loved it the staff was grate the place was fantastic would highly recommend it .
