Overall, decent stay. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms are pretty dated, but everyone who worked there was really friendly and helpful. Ample parking and there was a pool. The beds were not that great, but the shower had ample hot water.

I have heard prison has a more comfortable bed. It was absolutely the worst bed in 5 years of hotels all across the state. Front desk associate was very rude and did not accommodate my requests.

Our reservation was cancelled before we arrived due to the fact that my credit card was not valid I booked this trip months ago and got a new credit card from the same company the original expired… I have never had a hotel charge my credit card before arroval

Right of the interstate hyw. Newly remodled. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Great value for the price

Although there was construction everywhere the Hotel was clean, quiet, and still easily accessible. Quite possibly one of THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS EVER!!! Pool was a bit chilly but felt great after a hot trip. If I have to go back to Fayetteville Ar. I will definately stay at Best Western again. The breakfast was awesome too. Friendly staff to add to the experience.

Definitely a motel, as we parked 4 feet from our door that opens to the parking lot. A little musty/dated but nice staff & convenient location. Good breakfast and everything you need in a motel room.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me. The men who prepared breakfast were great. Friendly and offered suggestions on things to see in the area.

The room we had had a really really old tub and toilette room. It wasn’t as described in the pictures. The room was smelling bad, like humid and old. The only updated thing was the bad and tv.

It’s pretty close to a roach motel. Old property, can’t sleep due to pigeons cooing all night along with the bright security light that get thru the wack curtains. Beds are from 1980s used up spring bed

Check in was great.Gentleman was super friendly and nice.Room was clean,bed comfy.Pool area was great.Breakfast area was clean and food great.
My only issue was the AC.
It stopped cooling around midnight and we couldn't get it to come back on for anything all night.7am it finally clicked back on as we were about to leave.So my night wasn't great bc it was to warm in my room.Not sure why it stopped working during that time as it had been fine before that.

USB plugs need to be updated. None worked. And the staff kept knocked before 11am to ask if we were ready to go. We had late checkout for 12pm. The first knock was 10:28am.
