We stayed here for our Thanksgiving visit to see family. The staff was amazing, housekeeping staff was fantastic. She was always friendly and ALWAYS smiling.
The pool and Hot tub are open year round this us a plus for us.
I would have rated highee except the beds were very uncomfortable. When i discussed this at checkouts I was told i should have said something as they woild have moved us to a room with newer beds. As they are replacing all the beds. I just wish they would have put us in a room with newer beds. The hotel was not even at 20% capacity.
Oh... the CHICKENS... the chickens are hilarious. I grew up in the area and know of the chickens of YC there are alot upon check in the front desk reminded me of them and was somewhat embarrassed about it. I think they are hilarious. The hotel does clean the sidewalks daily to rid of chicken poo. I think they do a great job keeping it clean.

Be aware of the chickens. It’s a Yuba City thing and you won’t need a wake up call.

It would have been nice to have the pool open. This is the first time a $100 deposit has been pre-charged to my credit card.

The pool and hot tub are both closed. There is no elevator to the second floor. It was 103° during our stay. There is a big step at our door that I’ve tripped on coming in and going out. The hotel is in poor repair. I won’t stay here again and your hotels are my “go to”.

Seemed to be some kind of animal fecal matter on one of the beds! Handicap sink to high for me to reah the sink even when I wheeled under it. Water was cold never heated up.

The front desk employess were friendly and explained all the hotel amenities very well. It was easy to find parking on the property. My room was very clean. Beds were comfortable too. Housekeeping staff were very efficient and friendly. I did have breatfast in the lobby. The buffet had something for every taste and a kind host. I would stay again for my next trip.

I felt the staff was very accommodating. We showed up to check-in a little early they didn't have a room ready and they were able to let my husband work in the breakfast room for his Zoom call he needed to take. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We will stay here again.

The front desk was very nice both in the evening and morning.
The room was ok. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The tub though would not drain quickly causing pooling.
All the gym cardio equipment did not work and there were no dumbbells.
The breakfast was nice.

Had a privacy sign in my door and the maid unlocked the door and tried to come in at 9:15 am. Been staying here for a few years while in town and will never stay here again. I asked her not to open the door and she ignored my request.

The manager was so kind and sweet. Checking in was easy. She was training a new employee and she asked him to help us. Quickly seeing that he was flustered, she stepped in making him feel at ease. Quite refreshing in todays world.
