Fwiw, loud neighborhood. Good if you want to pub crawl, bad if you're trying to chill before going home. Staff was very nice. Room pretty small. Vibe was revamped/upscaled Holiday Inn.

Our amazing stay at the Grafton started the moment we walked through the door, we were early and were hoping to just leave our bags but our room was ready which was a real bonus! The staff were brilliant and gave us suggestions for dinner, offering to make us reservations if needs be. The attention to detail from the staff did not stop there, in the bar later we were really well looked after and then again at breakfast my dietary needs were cared for so well - most enjoyed hotel breakfast in a long time because of this.
Room was decorated really nice, a good size and layout, desk with plugs at it is a great bonus not always found at hotels. For me this was for make up and straighteners but equally equipped for working if needs be. The bed was huge and the bathroom was very clean and had a high end feel to it.
But the staff make the difference at The Grafton, every one we interacted with had a wonderful manner and made us feel really well looked after.
Location is perfect for shopping and a nice stroll through St Stephen’s Green. Plenty of restaurants to choose from close by but if it’s your thing don’t miss Bambino across the road, don’t be put off by the queue and enjoy their pizza slices.

Really enjoyable!
It was my friend’s birthday and a plate with fruit, chocolates and brownies awaited us in our room. A beautiful card accompanied it.
The Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We will definitely return. The location is superb also.

The staff at the Grafton were wonderful. From the front of house team, who checked us in and even gave us a telephone call to let us know that our room was ready early when we had headed out after leaving our bags safely with them, to the helpful staff in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble for the friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Our room was comfortable, although the bathroom is a little on the small side and provided only the bare minimum of toiletries.
The hotel is in a great location and I would happily return.

The hotel had a very convenient location, close to tours pick up point, shopping and restaurants. Concierge was extremely helpful all staff was very friendly except bar and on site restaurant. We couldnt get served in the bar or restaurant! We waited and waited and ended up walking to recommended wonderful restaurants.

Very conveniently located easily walkable area close to shopping restaurants and entertainment. Really great location. Nice clean that is not a chain. Fantastic breakfast!

The Grafton hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the city as well as shopping! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Never had to wait too long for the elevator which was great. I would definitely stay here again !

After our bus tour in Ireland, we added an additional day in Dublin to see the Book of Kelly, choosing The Grafton, because it was close to shopping, restaurants and Trinity College.
We had a deluxe king and it was lovely! There were bathrobes, a refrigerator and a very comfy bed!

The Grafton hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the city as well as shopping! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Never had to wait too long for the elevator which was great. I would definitely stay here again !
