Right in town. Lots of parking. Good food options all around. Close to shopping. The room was comfy.

This property at best is a 3 star property. I had no blow dryer for my wet hair so I had to go down to the front desk to rally one up to my room. The rooms are spacious but the hotel is very dated and needs a complete overhaul. The staff is very kind and accommodating . No complaints there. I would not stay here again.

Bathtub was clogged, fridge wasn’t working, noise from hallway was loud.

I missed the carpeting in the room. Shower nozzle wasn't that great - other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The room booked wasn't available ,the ones offered didnt fit our needs and the charges were at a higher price , and had holding fees on my card, I was not impressed I wasn't offered anything to consider booking again

Reception was courteous. Room was comfy and spacious. Pool and sauna were amazing. Ate at their Bistro.where the service was fast and food was delicious. I would definitely come back.

The breakfast at the Clairion was ok however the eggs were cold. Outside of that it was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend staying there.

The hotel was fine and centrally located in the town my one complaint wàs the tv wasnt working apparently the cable was out? I was denied any compensation for this. I took my dog for a walk at riverside park in the morning it was a very nice path and met a lot of friendly people along the way

This hotel is underrated. This hotel makes me feel safe as a parent who travels alone. It is well-lit everywhere and they have good CCTV and parking. There was always an attendant at the front desk ready to help, day or night. G. Singh is the front desk attendant who made our stay most comfortable - when I think customer service, G. is exactly the kind of person I think of. He was patient, attentive, proactive, and friendly. He helped make my stay easy and entertaining for the kids, asked regularly how we were enjoying things, and was the perfect host each day. Even though our room was near the front desk, our 5 day stay felt private and convenient. Highlights here are the location, pool, parking, breakfast and ice machines. I can tell this hotel is well managed because their staff communicate well among each other. I cannot express in the review what a difference the staff at this hotel, especially G., made in my week but I hope they know they do their jobs super well.

Many places have only a couple tables for breakfast but this is inside their onsite restaurant. The room we had was a bit small but it was fine. There was a significant crack under the door however, so likely not very sound proof and could hear people in hall way. Could use a door strip there.

The room could use more furniture. The toilet would not flush properly. The bathroom vanity has no space for toiletries. You have to use the back of the toilet. Did not see house keeping for the three days we were there. Locked out of our room as front desk forgot to have us sign for 3rd night when we had to extend stay. Continental breakfast lacking variety.

Rooms were clean, staff was pleasant and helpful, dining in the hotel is available.

Loved the room. It was nice and quiet. Thank you for moving us to a room without neighbors as our dog barks when she hears noises.

The price was on the lower end so some dirt or lax service is expected but this below even that. The gym is inaccessible on weekdays till 0900 and on the weekend till almost 1000, (pool as well). The complimentary breakfast was fine except that you couldn't get anyone to restock any items or put out coffee, milk, or creamers. The business center has been out of commission for some time judging by the number of outstanding trouble tickets in the error log. In the room, mold mildew and broken walls, chipped paint, damaged furniture just made it gross.
