Hotel was very clean & in very good shape. Outside was beautiful & well taken care of. Staff was friendly. Centrally located to our business in Kansas City.

We rented the 2 bedroom suite, perfect for our group kitchen area was really nice. Wonderful complementary breakfast loved it….the ladies at the front desk were great.

Enjoyed the stay. My only complaint is that breakfast ends at 9AM. Would be better if 10 for late vacation sleepers.:)

Arrived 20 minutes after the scheduled check in, was told room wasn’t ready they would check on it. Sat in lobby for over an hour and asked again when room will be ready, was told they didn’t know. Sat another 30 minutes in lobby with two upset and cranky kids. Asked for a refund to go to another hotel. Was told they were cleaning our room right now. Waited 15 more minutes. Manager says she is going to check on our room. Finally after 2 hours we were given our room. Room was ok. Pool was noisy and could be heard in room. Gap of about 2 inches under hotel room door was odd. Found a pair of someone’s contact lenses holder in the bed while we were sleeping. Won’t be returning.

We stayed for 3 nights and spent a fair amount for this one concern to be completely dismissed.

Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our room and stay. The service and check in was a little slow. Our biggest complaint was that the first floor hallway stunk of marijuana and it was strongly coming through the bathroom vent in the morning. The floor was supposed to be non smoking.
