Trip was nice. Clean bath and swimmingpool. Rooms where very hot. No ventilator or airco. Open windows gave a lot of insects.

It’s dated. The staff is very helpful but the rooms are old. No tea/coffee making. Charge €15 for an Ironing board! Or send your clothes for hotel laundry - if you are arriving late, and have a morning meeting, it’s not a good option. No air conditioning in the rooms, only heating. Thankfully large windows that open but then attract a lot of machinery noise (hotel’s plant room I guess).

Close proximity to Audi Gaimersheim as well as the West Park Mall. Place is clean and well maintained. No extra fee for parking is also a big plus

Actually a nice place. HOWEVER very very unpolite and unprofessional staff. You will charge 15 EUR to borrow an iron which doesn’t get warmer than your hand, so of course it can’t iron. After telling this staff simply returned with “you order a service and you have to pay regardless that it can’t be used for ironing”. If you want to use internet for anything bigger than smallest possible email it’s another 5 EUR per hour. Dining in the bar we were served 2 dishes that was clearly warmed in microwave( you know warm in center (really burning hot) and cold around it). Second dish wash even ineatible! We returned the dishes nearly untouched and still we had to pay for it. When complaining the staff said they called the police , which they didn’t, sadly I do understand German, after 40 min of discussions the miraclessly found someone that remembered that we returned the dishes and that part was credited. However not the nine working iron.

Really nice hotel which does everything well. The food is good and the rooms are pleasant. ALl the staff where very helpful. In general a good business stay.

It´s a nice hotel with a good SPA and high standard. Both this time and last time i was there the breakfast wasn't great. First time no coffee machine, this time no juice machine and freshly pressed was out. Bacon was out and didn't refill. Eggs was green.

I booked a one bed business room and expected way more comfort as what this room had. There was no air conditioning and the room was heated up from the sun all day long. also the wireless was so bad i had to use my cellphone as hotspot to work with my laptop. also it was supposed to be a no smoker room and there were cigarette burns on the washroom sink. the leather in the elevator were smelling really bad too. this hotel was a top address 10 years ago but in my opinion it is not anymore. I will not stay there ever again. There are better hotels for way better rates in ingolstadt.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff we're also good!. We need to pay extra cost for Wifi. However signal was so weak. I couldn't catch the signal at mr room.

Steps up to reception, no ramp. So if you are using a wheelchair, pushchair or even wheeled luggage, it will be a struggle. And the lift isn't big enough to take a wheelchair anyway. We had asked in advance for a cot/crib for our two year old. We got a wooden roll away bed. Quite cute, until the two year old falls out, runs around... And it seemed odd that, with only a small handful of rooms in use, we were put on the top floor furthest away from reception, with a toddler and many bags. And then someone moved in next door... The room was next to another adjoining room, but with a single door separating them, not the usual double door set up. We discovered this when the neighbour arrived at 2200, trying to enter our room. The lack of sound insulation meant we knew his nationality, his relationship status, even his use of the toilet. And he liked his TV on loud late at night. A warm summer's night meant a very hot room. No air conditioning or fan. No bath mat, so the bathroom floor was quite slippy. And no hand soap for the sink. Breakfast was ok €2 per night for parking in an open car park, thus just seems like profiteering. Not a very family friendly hotel,

The place is fantastic but the staff and service is rather cahotic. They are not focused on clients and trying to extract money out of your pocket at every opportunity. Regularly they are out of stock of something so certain cocktails or dishes cannot be ordered. Visibly stock management is optional for the team in charge here. So just be prepared for some lower standard service for a high price.

I wish more people would rate this hotel. I was reluctant to book it as there weren't many reviews, we loved this hotel. Excellent staff who were friendly, professional and helpful. We stayed in a business suite, it was beautiful and spacious, only thing I woud say, bed was too hard for my liking. Indoor pool and spa were great, like a little oasis, tastefully decorated. Food was superb, fresh, delicious and well presented. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the ingolstadt area.
