The Number One Oxford Street Hotel & Suites was a true jewel of a find! From the positive check experience received thanks to Eben (Manager) to the attentiveness of Richard (Butler) and the in the heart location, I would recommend this hotel! The accommodations and food services were 5-stars. Everything was found as advertised. I will definitely secure this hotel again!

The pool area is really nice, and the gym is really well equipped for a hotel gym. The staff were also all very nice, and the food was good (though wait times were slow, we waited over an hour for two club sandwiches when we were the only people at the pool area).
The issue we had was that the room smelled really bad of mould, as did the corridors on the 8th floor. And overall the place needs to be maintained better. The tap in the kitchen was rusty and paint flaking off, there were cracks around the aircon vents. There were marks from years of wear & tear on the kitchen cupboards. The wallpaper was peeling off in the bedrooms. I think the place could do with a refresh, redecorate them, add more ventilation in the rooms to stop the mould.

This hotel walks the talk. It is truly "The Number One". Good location, friendly and helpful stuff, hotel is clean at all times, quiet, all amenities works. I felt safe at all times. Beautiful view. Beautiful hotel inside and out. The attention to details is wow. Meals were good. Any hotel less than the standard of "The Number One Oxford Street" is currently now a problem for me. I will always come back and I will always recomend this hotel. Thanks to all the staff for amazing experience.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel, I was in Ghana for a lovely two week cultural experience and traveled to different areas throughout the stay.
In the last 4 nights I decided to stay here to enjoy a bit of luxury. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, very accommodating. I felt safe and comfortable which is important to me as I travels as a single female.
I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner choices. The butler service was also excellent. I also had a massage on my last day.
Thanks to the staff for making the ending to such an extraordinary trip in Ghana so relaxing.

Excellent staff and hospitality within the hotel and ground staff. Supported with all concerns raised and was greeted each morning with smiles. 100 percent would recommend if first time in Ghana.

I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the comfort, cleanliness and hospitality they offer.
The overall design of the Hotel is beautiful! The pool with the cabanas felt relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. This hotel is a short walk to the local market and fruit stands and the ShopRite grocery store is in the mall just up the street.

My room came with a Butler, Bismark was very attentive during my stay. The restaurant food was great, but the service was extremely slow. My only complaint for this hotel is because of the location, the noise level is constantly loud from the street. I would definitely recommend staying here.

the property was beautiful however, the front desk staff needs to be more customer focused.. We traveled for the US and no one every asked if we needed assistance with anything, nor help with travel to locations. They barley greeted us..
The other staff members were great... Also, there is a lot of loud music outside throughout the night which makes it difficult to sleep.

I had the best time. The service was better than all the hotels I stayed in Ghana and I stayed in 4 total. The rooms are like your own apartment and the staff really takes care of you. The decor is outstanding and I really loved all of the staff. I will stay here everytime I come to Ghana.
