Lady at the front desk was nice. Only nice thing to say about the stay. The room (112) smelled awful when my daughter and I arrived. We found that the sheets and pillowcases had not been changed. There was "stuff" on the pillowcases, sheets and bed spreads. There was dried crusty substances on both bed skirts. I took photos and showed the lady at the desk. We asked for another room she said they were full. All she could offer was our money back (with nowhere else to go, college football game in town that night) or to change the sheets. We finally, after trying to locate another room, just pulled all sheets and bed spreads off the bed and into floor. We put our own blankets and a sleeping bag on the bare matress and slept like that. We also brought our own pillows, thankfully. This may be the exception and not the norm but we will not stay again.

I travel with bleach wipes and disinfectant thankfully… both the carpet and tile in the bathroom were absolutely gross. The a/c in our room was really struggling and was full of dust when I wiped it down. One of the beds in our room has a huge dip in the mattress and both beds could use more pillows.
The front desk staff was great though, super friendly and welcoming. We weren’t given a remote or enough towels and they fixed that right away. The continental breakfast was good- waffles, little muffins, cereal, oatmeal, egg & cheese omelettes- juices & coffee, whole fruits and yogurt. Quite a few options.

This is a older property which has had limited maintenance and or upkeep.
The ownership of this property needs to make an investment by into this property and I believe they would see a good return on investment, but not from me.

They over booked and tried to give me a smoking room. Disgusting. We canceled the reservation and went to another hotel. I’m trying to get a refund.

We had a late check in we got a room with a pull out bed for my daughter and the night time guy was extremely rude. We couldn't get a blanket or pillow for her bed.

The breakfast was terrible very very poor, didn’t change are sheets for 3 consecutive days and didn’t fit are beds ,didn’t vacuum the room for 3 days, didn’t have soup for shower and the pool was disgusting not like show in the pictures and no towels .

Overall the room was okay the floors were gross when you put the towel down in the bathroom to step out of shower it was black from the floor and my socks were black from walking in the carpet in room. I didn’t see any bugs which was nice and the bed was pretty comfy. Pretty expensive for such poor quality.

Stayed here 2 nights for The Masters in Augusta, GA. Drive to course was a little under an hour in early morning. Good bed, shower, and enough space. Most importantly, it was clean. Didn't ask for service, but housekeeping brought fresh towels anyway which was awesome! Recommend this for a place to get some rest for a trip or on the road.

It was quiet and check in and out was a breeze, we used Expedia originally,but needed to add an additional day and it wasn't an issue at all for us to book the two rooms for another night. There was also a McDonald's and gas station right there in the same vicinity.i would definitely stay here again.Thank you for your hospitality.

There isn’t parking there for my truck and RV on the property, but they share a lot with Circle K, where there is truck parking. (There wasn’t room by the time I arrived). I was able to park at McDonalds.
The property looks great outside. Could use some upgrades/maintenance inside. First room I got, toilet wasn’t filling. Was constantly running when I got there.(I shut the valve off room- #220.) They gave me #218. Exhaust fan in bathroom was very noisy.

I am not a picky person. However, I checked in at midnight and could not stand the musty smell after a few hours. In addition to the smell, after a 3rd roach siting, I left at 3:00 a.m. I do not recommend.

Great staff, rooms are comfortable, clean but slightly outdated, only issue is plumbing was terrible in the bathroom. The toilet was over flowing each time anyone used the bathroom.
