The room was for the most part nice. The bathroom curtain bar was almost falling off. My husband had to fix the door handle to the bathroom. It was almost falling off. The coffee maker did not have an insert so we couldn't have coffee in the morning. The light outlet next to my bed did not work. The indoor pool was not kept up and did not have a hot tub like it showed on one of the pictures.

Very nice hotel. Newly remodeled rooms. Beds super comfy with plenty of pillows which was great. Nice indoor and outdoor pool. Great place to stay in Branson right on the strip.

Rooms inside were clean and good but the outside of the building had me a little scared. Also got a room with 3 beds but it did not have a living room like the reservation showed. Great location and staff was nice.

The gentlemen that check us in was very friendly and helpful and checking was pretty quick. Continental breakfast was great!
The room…well, the beds were great but there were lots of stains on the floor and some on the bottom sheet of both beds (covering box springs not the ones you sleep on).
Overall would definitely recommend and will likely use this property in the future!

Liked that it was close to everything. Staff was very friendly. Price to stay was nice!
It does need more cosmetic updating. The laminate flooring in our bathroom was coming up. Some baseboard was peeling off as well. Might have someone pick up the trash in hallways more frequently.

It served its purpose as we weren't there that much, except to sleep. But definitely outdated and pretty dirty feeling. Pictures in the website are a bit deceiving.

A bag of trash with a lot of food boxes bags was there when we arrived sat night and was still there when we checked out monday at the bottom of the first floor left of the elevator there was hair that wasn't ours on 1 of the soap platform in the shower and another peice of hair was on the tub and our beds felt like we was sleeping on box springs my body was hurting i couldn't sleep till i made a pallet of pillows to sleep somewhat conformable i will never stay here again i promise!!!!

The staff was nice. The room we stayed in was in need of repair on the floor especially. The facets kind of sprayed everywhere. I’m glad our kids didn’t trip over any of the floor pieces. The breakfast was good and plenty of food choices.

Hotel showed a suite with a living room and 2 bedrooms off of that. With a total of 3 beds and a pull out sofa. That was not what we were given. There was no living room area and no pull out sofa. Overall displeased with the stay.

Room was dirty, dead bugs all over, air conditioning was terrible, shower head was chest high, hot tub was gross, room had mildew smell, breakfast was gross… slimmy and gross. Over all will never go back.

I hope they know random people park in the back that are not guests and swim in the pool out front. Also had a guy drive up and fill 2 coolers with ice and take off im sure he wasn't a guest either

I got the room last minute as my reservation at another hotel in the area was canceled. While the exterior of the property could use a little beautifying, the room was terrific! Very clean and looked recently remodeled! Comfortable bed and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. If you’re looking for a nice clean, cozy room on the strip, this is a great value!
