Perfect location in the center of the shopping district and close walking distance to the historic sites. The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. No free breakfast & very expensive (18 Euros) but a very nice hotel.

of the 6 hotels we stayed at in Germany this represented the poorest overall value. The bedroom was both very clean and comfortable but lacked coffee/tea making facilities, any usb charging ports, the new bathroom of which they boasted, had a small shower with no safety grab handles. Breakfast was not included but was offered a whopping 18 euro supplement each ( over $42 per couple for continental breakfast} If you want breakfast include it in advance in the room rate. Lunch in one of hotel's eateries was superb but pricey. Not a great hotel but not a bad one, which fell short in providing the expected modern day creature comforts and facilities. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of a very attractive town which deserves a visit and is located an easy walk from main railway station

This is a fairly modest but reasonably comfortable hotel. Many of the rooms are right on the street, though it was not noisy the nights we were there. Bothe the room and lobby lacked charm, though the connected restarant was very nice and very good, the location was great.

We loved the Location but shower Head was broken. The hotel said it would repair it but it fell Off again! But Then they gave us a new room.

We loved the hotel! It was very charming. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. Also had a great location.Walking distance of resturants and shopping and other sightseeing.

A really lovely hotel, and that's compared to a huge number of hotels I've stayed in on business. Great value for money. Our only negative would be the shower in the bathroom which could be better (basic, small shower cubicle and no bath) and have better controls (unstable water temperature) but the hotel said they were aware - and presumably will change. Service was excellent and the bedroom was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. Excellent restaurant in the hotel (Stuebe). Very convenient to city centre, great shopping and lovely historic old town/cathedral. All walkable.
