We never got to check in. There was no one at the front seat. When calling the hotel # nobody answered so I called the corporate # and they said that the lobby was still “open” so someone SHOULD be there and that was it. We waited from 11:45-12:15am and still no one came to check us in. I didn’t pay for the insurance because I thought we will be there in 45 min and should not have a problem! Boy was I wrong. We ended up staying in our car for the night!

I recommend for economical lodging and people traveling with pets.

It’s a great deal. The arrangements for long term parking are incredibly generous . Easy transport to & from airport . Helpful desk reception .
It is a big weird looking old fashioned motel, but we don’t stay anywhere else when we fly out of ICT

The hotel clerks were both so accomadating and friendly. Location is conveniently close to the airport.

For the price this place is fantastic. We park for free while we travel. Airport shuttle anytime.

Do not recommend they only place 2 sets of towels in the room only seen 2 employees sitting around playing on their phones. There has been some upgrades but not enough the pool is closed and doesn’t appear to be any work on it. Very poorly maintained.

Smelled like weed, the rooms were dirty, missing tiles in the bathroom, broken box spring on ine of the beds. A bag over the smoke detector (probably because the smoked too much weed in the room). Wont go back.

I booked this hotel over a week ago. Tried to cancel my room because I had a change of travel plans. Expedia was willing to refund me but Red Roof would not. I’m never staying with you again, and will not recommend you to anyone. Very unsatisfied!!

This place is literally a dog pound smh...dogs barking in the hotel and the smell of piss. I even got my vehicle vandalized. My window was busted and the staff was no help and showed no concern. When asked for the general manager the staff pretended he wasn't the general manager even though another staff member told me he was. I had to make police report and they wouldn't let me observe what footage they may had on camera . BEWARE!

The curtains were torn up the paint was peeling the toilet seat was literally falling off, hair in the bathtub, the socket seems like its had a fire in thw past, stains on the sheets. Usually this place is awesome this time i got what looked like a before renovation picture

Old but just ok. Elevator (or ice machine) not close to the room, was a lot of walking. Suited our purpose.

When the cleaning crew goes through each room, they should clean out the air filter for the air conditioning units. Mine was absolutely atrocious. I also had trouble with the drain in the shower, as the water was slow to drain. I also did not like how there was no breakfast available in the morning. Also the parking lot had lots of potholes in the back. But the staff was very nice and helpful.

I only stayed one night but when I walked into the room it smelled like I was back home. Everything was immaculately clean and it smelled great. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I wish I had the money to leave a tip to the housekeeping because they did an amazing job. Thank you for a wonderful night stay!
