I received a dirty room and then keys to another room that didnt work and at the end needed to cut the trip a little short and no refund was available.

The customer service was amazing, they took care of my family and I, but unfortunately the room was terrible there sofa bed was bloody, rusty, dirty but once bought to knowledge they took care of the problem asap made sure my family was safe and put into a cleaner room.

The faucet in the bathroom leaked, the couch was uncomfortable, the drawers on the inside were dirty, the door wouldn’t open right away when accessing it with the key, and one of the guests looked “shady.” I chose this location to get great quality and feel safe. Check in took over 30 minutes after 11pm. I was given a handicap room. Noisy all night.

This place was a little bit run down compared to the Hyatt right next door but the price was good. My room had a slight odor to it which I did not enjoy but other than that it was great. Spacious and full kitchen.

For only a one night stay, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable with no issues or disruptions whatsoever. We had never stayed here before but will definitely stay again in the future.

I've stayed here for the past 6 years while attending the Westcoast Nationals carshow at the Alameda County Fair Grounds, but this time the parking lot was all torn up, and homeless people sleeping in the parking lot.
Even though the room was pretty clean and comfortable, the hallways and stairways were not clean at all, infact the wife wanted to leave, but since this was a big weekend for the event, there wasn't much availability.
Too bad, but the whole country's going to hell !!!

Disappointed in this as it was advertised as an equipped kitchen but had bare cupboards. No hairdryer, no coffee machine. Shower was fine but sliding door was stuck and couldn’t be opened or shut. Breakfast was sparse, just muffins.

We arrived for check-in at 11p after driving a long distance and they told us they were unable to check-in to come back in an hour. Terribly inconvenient and no recourse when you advance pay and cannot take your business elsewhere for bad service

Staff was awesome!!! Entire building spelled like cat piss! If you have allergies i would not stay here. They definitely need an upgrade. Wont stay here again unless upgraded and carpet removed!

The bathroom door gets stuck it was hard to opening , on the upper floor it was someone making a lot of noise , I called the reception many times to complain about it but nobody answered
