Horrible hotel. Rooms look as if the last renovation is 40 years ago. Staff doesn’t speak well English. On a Saturday evening out of four restaurants already three were closed at a bit after 8 pm. And the one open was a buffet restaurant. Even the bar didn’t offer bar food and there is no room service available. What a joke. For breakfast you have to queue up and wait 15 minutes although I was down before 8 am. The orange marmalade they offered couldn’t be opened and the worst is the coffee machine. I travel a lot but have never seen such a dirty machine. Did nobody explain the staff that the container for the beans needs to be cleaned? Such a dirty container shows this has not been cleaned in years!!! As this has massive impact on the flavor of the beans that are in such a container it is no surprise that the coffee tastes horrible.

Excellent location attached to Hiroshima station. The rooms are clean and comfortable but definitely on the older side. Service was good and they took our bags to be stored when we arrived earlier than check in time.

Great view from our room and from the 21st floor breakfast venue. The staff went above and beyond their duties to help us and were gracious in every way. The late breakfast (until 10) and checkout time (noon) were a very welcome change from all the other places we stayed, and the plentiful supply of comfortable pillows made our last night's sleep much better.

This hotel is affixed to the train station and also where the tour buses and taxis wait for customers. If you have the rail pass you can hop on the sight seeing "loop" bus which runs three routes for free. It goes without saying that the hotel staff was top notch, food was great and the hotel was spotless. When my friends are in the Hiroshima area this is where I will steer them.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and bathroom spacious. We enjoyed the izakaya in the basement. Location was also very convenient, attached to the main train station. The station itself had interesting shops and array of food options as well. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for exploring Hiroshima. Right beside station with a tour bus outside that accepts JR pass. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable room and overall a positive experience. Breakfast was superb as well with great choices.

Next to the train station which makes it extra convenient. City buses nearby with direct connection to the Peace Park etc . Breakfast was great with many choices .Loved the robot 🤖 in the dining area .
