We return to B&W a couple of times a year for the Theatre and the excellent shopping. Toowoomba is a friendly and welcoming town with plenty to see and do, and B&W is an excellent place to stay, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable quiet rooms, and a much iimproved breakfast buffet. Also, a very good and reasonably priced in-house restaurant. We saw Bill Bailey's new show at the delightful art deco Empire Theatre visited the Japanese Gardens, and my good lady made a valiant attempt to max out her card. Had a great meal and a memorable bottle of red, Pirramimma Cab Sav at Piccolo Papas.

This was a stunning traditional hotel with all the well looked after trimmings.
Beautiful well thought out quality rooms, furnishings and bed linen. The jet bath and rain shower room is next level. Centrally located. The staff were amazing and the service outstanding. Id love to stay again.

Hotel looks beautiful, central to cafes and shops. Family room wasn’t really family friendly just 2 bedrooms, no kitchenette or sink to wash up bottles or space for kids to enjoy. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable though. Would stay here without kids.

We really enjoyed our stay at Burke and Wills Toowoomba and would stay there again….the 6th floor was very quiet the room met our expectations and was very clean and comfortable….the staff were friendly and nice…parking was great at no cost.

The staff and service were amazing, I loved how close everything was so I didn’t have to really drive anywhere. While the room I stayed in was quite small the amenities, furnishings were top notch. I’ll definitely stay again.

Best place in Toowoomba in my opinion. Everything’s easy from parking to check in to wifi and location… and they’ve added an ev charger if that’s important to you.
