Comfortable room. On-site laundry facilities.
Good lighting in room and bathroom. Convenient to downtown and to U of Oregon. The staff were very customer-focused.

Stayed here overnight after a Duck game. The entire staff at this Hotel treated us with utmost respect. If your looking for a place to stay after a duck game, i would not hesitate to give this place a try. Two thumbs up!

Has a laundry room, but it closes at 10 pm. People are not very cordial to guests even ones with reservations. And had my wallet stolen, would not allow a third party to pay for another night, will not take cash, but will accept CashApp, Venmo, and Chime. Don’t get it.

Check-in was easy. The outlets in the room (other than the bathroom, would not hold a plug. There was an extension bar on one outlet that kept blinking off and on. The room was very cold and the heater either blew out nice warm air with a lot of noise or the room stayed cold. There was one thin blanket on bed and no comforter or such, so a very cold night unless I wanted to listen to heater go on and off. Disappointing for sure!

We traveled to Eugene for a concert at the Hult Center. The room was a close distance to the center. The people were very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast is very simple with coffee, tea, juices, bagels and assorted packaged sweet rolls. I’m used to a regular breakfast when you pay these rates. All in all, it was a good stay.

My daughter was nervous with us staying there with a truckload of stuff because of the homeless population, but they have camera's everywhere and keep any trouble out. Beds and bathrooms are older but decent. Hot water was merely warm(no cold water needed). My 9nly negative is that i decided last minute to bring my little dog, was told $40 pet deposit at checkin, got charged 80, then was told at checkout it was $20/night. After i got home the hotel through expedia says ... Pets allowed for an extra charge of USD 20 per pet (varies based on length of stay), plus a deposit of USD 200.00 per stay

I’ve stayed there a couple of times now. The rooms are clean, comfy and decent sized. It’s always quiet. The hot tub has been unavailable both times though. The people at check in are always really friendly and the location is perfect!

Rooms need to be updated. My room was not like the pictures. No desk or table of any kind. The bathroom had peeling paint, and the tub had chunks of porcelain missing.
AC unit was not adjustable. Fan speed, stuck on high. Temp, stuck on arctic tundra.

The room had a comfortable chair, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the light switch at the entrance didn’t work. I had to switch bulbs, and plug a lamp into a different outlet to get a reading lamp to work.

There is something very familiar about this property. Perhaps it reminds me of trips long past. The location is great, rooms are pretty standard, but I have to say that what will keep me coming back are the folks that work here.

This visit, Samir went above and beyond the call of duty, when I mentioned my car key fobs were acting up, and I left with one battery replaced, and a 2nd one in my pocket. Thank you so much! It made a great start to my trip home.

We had a small problem in the beginning and they came and helped quickly. The continental breakfast was great, tons of options. And the hot tub was fun too! Very centrally located--we could have walked to a lot of different fun places in Eugene. We would absolutely stay here again.
