Good location in heart of Umeda next to Hankyu, Daimaru and Hanshin department store. Easy access to train station and shopping. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Tulleys coffee shop and bakery in lobby area was a great plus.

This is not my 1st time but it is my last time to stay before they close down ,I love this hotel and I feel sad that they are closing down on 2025 Jan….location , breakfast, room …everything is good and worth the price! Once again , thank you for your service !

I really liked this hotel. The location can’t be beat. Probably 1,000 restaurants and hundreds of shopping stores within a 5-10 walk. JR station a couple of minutes walk. 7 11 and Mc Donalds right there. This hotel is old and signage stated they will be closing in January to be replaced with something way more expensive I bet. Enjoy a bit of history and enjoy the location and lower price.

Direct drop off from the airport. Central to shops, restaurants and public transport. Clean rooms and easy check out.

Too bad this hotel is closing on Jan 2025. Overall stay was excellent. Close to all … tourist attractions, restaurant, shopping and the passage to the train hub just in the lower part of the hotel. Staff polite and very courteous & kind. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was great!!

Great location for hotel. Airport limousine bus stops and picks up from the door. Subway station and railway station can all be accessed from the hotel undercover. Great size room for us as a family of 4, great facilities and food options in the hotel and lots of different food places literally within 2 minutes of the hotel. It is a shame the hotel is due to close at the end of the year for a refurb, but hopefully the new one will be even better. Staff were all fantastic and always willing to help with any little matter or offer advice or suggestions for places to visit.

The stay was fine. The hotel is just old and rooms are small with very low ceilings. It felt like we were in a cruise boat. Washrooms were super tiny.

Then we understood why the room air condition is barely working with a huge sound of wind blowing, lingering in the room - apparently the filter web has not been cleaned and refreshed for quite some time. We understand for a hotel with long serving history, there could be weary interiors but...the status of the carpet is hardly for people to step on with their bare-foot. The only thing to be praised is its location, perfect.

As the Hotel prepares to close at the end of 2024 it is looking a bit dated and the room was quite run down. Room technically slept four as advertised but there was no room for four carry on suitcases.
