We arrived pretty late & was told that our room wasn’t available because when booking thru a 3rd party they have no way of knowing the inventory. So after waiting she was able to find us a room. It was clear the room wasn’t clean. Trash on the floor, everything dusty, tub not clean with hair. I was too tired to take pics. Not sure how ppl have given such good ratings but it’s an older hotel that had only done bandaid type renovations. Will not be staying here again

Room 210: GFCI outlet dead, so big light over fridge area was dead and we had to move coffee maker to the tiny space by bathroom sink to an outlet that worked. Light over couch was dead, so my wife pulled out couch and found a wad of cords ziptied together that was so heavy it had pulled the plugs out of the outlet. She snipped the ties off, removed 2 phone cords that were not in use, then swept the trash up and put the couch back. The two fixtures worked then, but one still had a lightbulb out. The TV didnt work. I called down to the front desk and their only suggestion was to move us to another room. We had already unpacked for the week. My wife troubleshot the tv and its remote, and was able to get to the main channels. But when we checked out today, our room bill had a movie charge. In the 13 years we have been coming to this hotel, we have never watched a pay-for movie. We always let the staff know when something needs to be repaired. This was the first time that nothing was fixed. It's a shame to see the place get so run down.

The first issue I found a large bug in the room when I checked in. Gross! The TV did not work. The toilet kept running during the night and to top it all off the smoke alarm was covered up with a plastic bag. So no protection in case of fire. Response at front desk was that they had no maintenance on duty on the weekend.

The hotel need maintenance, was clean, mattress need to change, are old. we had 2 rooms and one of then had a toilet clog...maintenance came super fast to fix...but next day again has a clog. We stay for 2 nights and last day the receptionist was the same person taking care of breakfast, and she was angry and rude with guest. But in overall for the price cant complaint...was ok our stay.

I was generally pleased with this hotel. The staff was pleasant, it was nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet was quite good. My only complaint was a claustrophobic bathroom with too few towels and amenities. Also, the bed was comfortable but the pillows were very small.

The building is dated, the hallways have carpets that should probly be replaced as well as the room. The bed felt 20 years old (springy) and you sink in it. They do not clean your room in between nights and only give one set of towels. For the price we kind of expected more. Breakfast was really good. Overall it’s sleepable

This was the worst experience at Hyatt place for me. I checked in Wednesday and out Thursday. My room was only cleaned once. The comforter was not clean. The carpet was dirty.

This hotel is old and it is also due for significant renovations. Had to tour three different rooms to determine the most oderless one however, after one night, we had to change hotels due to lack of cleanliness and overwhelming odor.

Upon arrival, 2-3 guests were waiting before me to be checked in. There was not an employee at the front desk. We all tried calling the hotel's phone number, and the phone just rang. I even tried calling the phone number of the general manager, whose card was posted on the front desk. He did not answer. When an employee finally showed up, we could not tell it was an employee because they were not dressed very professionally, nor did they have a name tag. She casually looked at all of us standing in a line and asked, "Have y'all been helped yet?" We weren't just standing in line for no reason. She checked us all in fairly quickly, which was a plus as it was in the evening. She helped answer my questions. We checked in on Thursday evening. On Friday morning, I had to kill a roach in the bathroom. I left the roach there for the hotel staff to see. On Saturday, when housekeeping arrived, they did not pick up the roach, refill the toilet paper (the roll was clearly finished), and make up the beds. Although, they did provide a fresh supply of towels. The small lamp on the desk also did not work. During breakfast, the trash cans overflowed in the food area and the front of the lobby. The trash can outside was also so full that guests had to leave trash on the floor. I understand many businesses are short-staffed, and good staff is hard to find, but this may be an area to reassess. Breakfast was tasty, the location was good, the parking was good, and the room was satisfactory.

Very clean, reasonable cost, comfortable room. My only negative was the sparse breakfast. For anyone needing a substantial meal it wasn't much. For those alright with cereal, yogurt, bagels/toast and coffee/tea then it would be sufficient.

This hotel has the best breakfast potatoes anywhere. I mean seriously, the best. They use the multicolored potatoes and sweet potatoes to make the absolute best breakfast potatoes I've ever had.

The hotel property was nice. I love that they accepted pets. But the breakfast was not as great as the reviews made it sound. Our bed had a stain on comforter, and mini fridge was smelly. The pool was gross. It had the potential to be wonderful but seems like alot of staff was offvor having an off weekend. It was comfortable and we loved that it was so close to the waterpark and ball park. Just need to kick up the cleanliness and staff presence

Friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. Plentiful parking.Room was ok- needs updating with more outlets for electronic devices. Elevators definitely need to be replaced or repaired as it was nerve wrecking to ride in either one.they made noises as if they would stop working at any moment. Overall, a decent stay. Not sure if I would stay again though.
