Excellent customer service and really kind transit driver. The front desk help was very kind and very helpful. The rooms were pretty basic, but they were clean and we rested well

From the start our toilet was clogged before we even used it and it took some time for the clerk to come fix it because he apparently was the only one working. He had to leave and go to the airport leaving no one at the front desk. Upon his return he had to deal with a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell and kick him out. In the parking lot there was a truck that looked like a homeless person was sleeping in because it had cardboard all over the inside of the windows. The clerk was very nice and apologized several times. He did finally come and fix the toilet but it was so late that I couldn’t even enjoy the big bath tub in the suite. We were tired and just wanted to go to bed after our travels.

It was fine for an overnight. This is not a luxury hotel, but i like the multiple mirrors in the room.

Stay was pretty alright for the price the elevator was a little nerve racking and we were woken up in the morning my neighbors yelling at each other so it was a little ghetto but not more than expected.

I have syayed at this location before and once again the hallway carpets are dirty. The rooms are great though. I was very disappointed with management. I upgraded my room for use of jacuzzi and the thing was broken. Mgr/owner did not offer any discount for my inconvenience. I spent $60 extra to upgrade.
I love the room setup and I really like the hotel, but there are no stores in walking distance. So cleanliness should be key for them. On the plus side, the room was huge and I would stay here again.

The check in process was nice. The room had cracks in the sheetrock specifically in the bathroom and and places where tape was placed on the wall? Odd. This morning though I took a shower and the drain was so slow the water was over my feet.

Great room layout w/ a kitchenette, a pull-out couch, and a desk. Lends itself to longer stays because very comfortable. Good daily breakfast. Nice service.

I got the room with a faulty keyed door, took over a dozen tries to get in. I stayed in... Otherwise comfortable and no unpleasant surprises. It was as expected for this price point.

The hotel is old. The carpet needs to be replaced . The woman at the front desk was very nice and the man to check out was nice , the next morning. Breakfast was good. Thank you

I am not sure why there was so many excellent reviews, the hotel is dated, has the fake smell to cover up oders, and is just ok

our door was open when we arrived. We soon realized it was because the room key device in the door handle didn't work. I reported this to the front desk, but they told me i had to hold the handle up. That didn't work either. i had no trouble getting into the laundry room, so that tells me the room door key entry system was broken. the security arm was also broken for our room door. I am appreciative of the laundry room, plus only needed one cycle to dry, so the machines worked well. Also appreciated the 24 hour coffee and the lemon water in the lobby. Airport shuttle was much appreciated, too, and ran on time.

Room was spacious and well equipped and bedding and towels clean and plentiful.
I appreciated the kitchenette and for my stay it was quiet and peaceful.
Staff were very helpful and responsive.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The stench of cigarette smoke hit me the moment I walked in, and the walls were coated in grime as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom were either already used or barely filled, which was just gross. When I turned on the water in the tub, dirt immediately pooled around the drain, and to make it worse, the shower had hair in it, clearly showing it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The sheets on the bed had a small red stain that looked suspiciously like blood. On top of all that, I had to get my room key reprogrammed three times because their door system kept wiping it. It was one of the most unhygienic and poorly maintained places I’ve ever stayed.
