The hotel staff was good. Everything in the room was very clean. Need to add an ice machine on each floor instead of the 3rd & 5th floors. I also did not like being on the first floor across some conference rooms, it was loud and could hear everything. Couldn’t open my curtains because anyone could s e right in from the sidewalk.

We stayed here after researching hotels in the area for a family weekend trip to our daughter’s college. Choose the Hilton because of the name and the standards a Hilton holds . But unbeknownst to use it was far from a Hilton style hotel. With the exception of the courteous staff at the front desk. The room conditions were awful no one should be able to stay in a room with conditions we experienced. Sticky floors , toilets that whistles, refrigerators so loud you can not sleep you hear everything I mean everything happening in each room on the side of you . The hallway smells of mold. The assistant manger was assistance on on our second night , the first night our complaint’s went unheard . Would not ever stay in this hotel again . For that matter a Hilton after such an unpleasant experience we had.

My room was clean & very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant & attentive. I'd definitely return.

There were somethings I didn’t like. The bathroom tub looked horrible like it wasn’t cleaned. It looked stained with dirt over time. There was an issue with my breakfast included booking. Somehow it didn’t translate over to the hotel so that was super disappointing to pay so much for a room that didn’t include breakfast. The bar staff and front desk were pleasant and helpful in trying to assist me so that made the blow less unpleasant somewhat. Otherwise location was convenient and bed was okay.

We have stayed here several times. Always clean and the staff is very nice but the rooms need updating. The room we stayed in was not in good condition. Aside from the fact that they overbooked and the king size room we paid for was not available, the condition of one of the walls and the carpeting made it look old and unkept.

I have stayed here one other time, both stays were fantastic, quiet, convention dining options and the room was just what I needed. Very clean and spacious for having double queen size beds.

This was a 2 night business trip. The hotel was recommended by a town official rep. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Would recommend this hotel to travelers.

Your cleaning staff need to make sure the toilet flushes well and not slow. If it's flushes slow then have maintenance taken care of it

Bathroom has molded and sink doesn’t drain properly. Staff is ok.

Great staff and service and they were welcoming. Had a great overnight stay and the hotel is conveniently located near numerous plazas.

Your staff tried barging in my room at 11pm saying I ordered extra pillows. This is inaccurate - they scared the hell out of me. I thought someone was breaking into my room so I didn’t sleep the rest of the night. She woke my kid so that was a nightmare. The manager still hasn’t called me back.

As soon as you walk into the hotel I could smell mold, musty smell. The room had a door connecting to another room, so of course I could hear the other people. The room itself was pretty cozy and clean.
