A one night stay turned out to be a three hour stay. After checking-in, we reentered the hotel by the side entrance closer to our room. We were hit by an intense odor of bleach coming from one of the rooms that was being cleaned. It was throughout the hallway. Upon entering our room, the odor was just as bad and the floors were sticky, as if they were mopped with dirty bleach water. The air-conditioner wasn't even on. We attempted to rest after a long day of hiking but the smell was irritating our eyes, nose and mouth. One of the pillows smelled like a person's dirty hair. We were just disgusted at that point. We went to the second and third floor to see if it was any better and the smell was also musty and old. At that point, we decided to leave. We alerted the front desk and ended up spending our evening in heavy traffic just to get home. On a side note: the young women with the bright orange hair, who checked us in, acted as if she was doing us a favor :{. She was rude and definitely needs re-training. I have stayed in other Hampton Inns and have never experienced this.

My kids enjoyed the pool which was warm! We all were satisfied with the breakfast they offer!

Was there for three nights. Ran out of towels. No one took out the trash. Bed linens needed to be washed. Comforters were in need of cleaning. I always check for bedbugs. I didn’t find any bedbugs, but did find French fries under the mattress.

The room was dirty, the bed had very dirty bed lining full of hairn bathroom was dirty as well the pillow smell sweat, they have to do better in cleaning, custumer service was good but i have to change the bed myself the property feels like they beeing using it for homeless ppl. I wont go back to that hampton.

They said they were overbooked and cancelled my reservation at checkin. Porsha wasn’t friendly or professional about it either. Very flippant and unapologetic about the overbooking. Told me to call hotels/expedia to see if I would get a cancellation penalty or any refund. Fortunately hotels.com didn’t charge me anything and offered me a coupon for the mistake.
