Loved this stay!!! May not be for everyone but we loved the rustic feel and being away from the crowds!!! The staff was very friendly and our cabin on the water was comfy and cozy! Would definitely stay again.

Views were beautiful. Houseboat was nice but there was construction on the property. We also had a few small worms inside the living area floor. Decaying sea grass smelled bad.

We booked a houseboat. Ours was nothing like the pictures that was on your site. It was old and so outdated. Not comfortable at all. Would not recommend it to anyone. All the other houseboats looks nice except the one we book through Hotels.com

First time in 20 years I found a place so awful that I could not even stay one night. Stunk and was in crap condition. I emailed the next day to cancel as we were scrambling to find some place to stay after a long day traveling. It looked NOTHING like the description.

The property was good and clean,nice and quite, just had a bad experience at one of the restaurants in the area, a lot of racism on in big pine keys,I'll never visit again its terrible that we are still dealing with this.

I like that it was a different experience being on a house boat. There was an unpleasant smell outside. I liked the location. I didn't like that you could only use their soap, shampoo, conditioner and dish soap and they gave you enough of these for 1 day. I understand the use of these soaps but it should have been mentioned in the literature. Also getting into bed was tough as their was about a foot of space. Next time I'd rent one of their cottages. Overall I did have a very good time and experience.

So,keep in mind that we were just stopping over for the night and thought it be fun to stay the night on a houseboat with the kids on our way to the next part of our trip. We did not realize that this was a fishing area and found it very smelly! Now, if you are an avid fisherman or fisherwoman, then you probably wouldn’t have a problem with it. The place was fine, I would say it’s more like camping in an RV. We enjoy seeing the key deer and iguana…it was the highlight of our stay.
