Good hotel. It must be the first hotel I have visited in ages that didn’t have an iron and an iron board on the room which might be seen as a small problem but since I was there in business I would have expected to iron my clothes on my room,

The hotel is nice and clean , the room is good , the hotel surprises me that the SPA is not accessible for free for the guests and if I want to use it I have to book and pay for that. This is never happened to me in any hotel in Zurich. the main criteria that make me select this hotel is a SPA , it was npt mentioned that the SPA is not accessible for guests0. I'm not happy for that and never come again.

Breakfast was ok , need more variety , no halal options.

Hotel was great, staff very friendly and accommodating. Thank you! We got delayed on our flight and missed our check in for first day, hotel refunded us the money for our first day, wasn’t expecting that but very nice they did that! Will come back to same hotel next time in Switzerland.
