Overall this hotel is ok, I enjoyed 2 days here with my girlfriend, but I will not return in the future The property is beautiful and unique in its style. Staff are extremely friendly and the food was very good. Pool, jacuzzi and garden are really nice However, there are several things that made me not want to return: - staff is not very professional or well trained (for example, it's really hard to get waiter's attention as they're typically chatting among them) - we had an issue with the room we reserved, as the pictures in expedia do not match the room you are a actually booking - rooms around the pool are extremely noisy and small. People start having breakfast right outside your window at 7am - rooms further away in the garden are more private and larger, but not as well decorated

The staff was excellent. Very helpful and kind. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good and we ate there each morning. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed how it was decorated. Short drive from the center of town, so lots of dining options when you get to that area.

The patio is beautiful, service exceptional, and the stay was comfortable. The only downside is that the superior room seemed pretty basic and not superior.

Beds were hard, pool was freezing, hot tub was cold, and car service left bird poop all over my vehicle.

The pool is so lovely, rooms were beautiful with such gorgeous details and style. Location was great. La Joyita is an oasis

Size, adults only, location, bedroom size and decor, view, nice staff Didn’t like next door dog barking night and day, only Ok breakfast, not enough soap for sink and shower, funny smelling amenities, screen came down and was not repaired, room curtains need to be replaced, light coming from glass doors with no curtains, broken table

A pleasant enough hotel with small pool and garden. The rooms would benefit from being updated and the mattress should also be changed as it was very uncomfortable (room 2). A little overpriced in my opinion.

This hotel is indeed a small jewel. Despite the fact the water pressure in the shower was very weak, the hotel is lovely. Excellent food and service. Can't wait to stay there again.

I absolutely love this place! I have stayed here 2 times. The rooms are grand, quaint, picturesque, and historic feeling all at the same time. Beautiful courtyard and pool too.

This is a very unique hotel, marvellous facilities and warm staff makes you feel like home! Food is great and reasonable prices... The rooms are very spacious but old. Privacy inside rooms is not appropriate because of thin walls that enables you to hear even when the contiguous neighbor is brushing their teeth! Overall this is a great place if you don't mind the previous!
