This hotel was better than expected! The outdoor entry area is beautiful, the breakfast was full of delicious options, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely return!

Rooms need updating, and A/C needs to be stronger the heat in this city is intense and therefore a good A/C is a must. Overall really good experience Breakfast was also good

The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. One of the best attributes of this hotel is the location, near downtown and the Aristides area filled with nice bars and restaurants. The hotel offers a nice breakfast. However, this hotel looks quite outdated. The rooms are old: windows do not open, bathrooms are old, etc. The elevator doors get stuck (do not open) on the first floor. The first time, I got stuck and thought I had to hit the alarm button until I pushed the button for another floor and was able to get off the elevator. I informed staff about it; however, after 48 hours, the problem continued. Again, the location is the best attribute of this hotel.

The hotel has large rooms. We are a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. The breakfast was good. But the bathroom needs a makeover, is old and outdated.

Decent hotel. Internet was bad! Would have stayed 2 weeks if it wasn’t for the slow internet. Breakfast and hotel room are good!

Quality, well located hotel in the center of Mendoza. Nice courtyard area with cafes etc. Pool area looks great but didn't get the chance to try it out.

The Hotel is unfortunately not really a 4* Hotel & quite old & run down. There is to be a shine on the outside of it looking ok, but the rooms are very old and run down. The beds are comfy though - but not really special.

My stay was good, they have an area of the hotel under construction that disturbed one night but the staff was very prompt in solving that issue.

We had a wonderful time ! Check in was fast we arrived two hours early and they allowed us to do an early check in! Our first time in Argentina and we love it!

The location is nice, though a little bit challenging to unload your car (if you have one). The breakfast was a little on the simple side for such a nice hotel. It would have been nice to have a few hot dishes, like eggs or some meat, but it was great to have fresh fruit.

Really great hotel, in wonderful location right by very pleasant green Plaza, with easy walking to all downtown locations, including the famous Beer Street ! where during Happy Hour ( up to 9 pm ) Craft Beer in Hangar 52 was two pints for Pesos 140. Tours to Vineyards and the Andes Vilages collected from hotel Really could not have been better, and prices very reasonable

The hotel is in a good location, has friendly and competent staff and a great breakfast. But the facility itself needs updating. The rooms are decent but uninspiring and the bathroom is too small. The elevators are tiny, with long waits during rush hour.

The hotel is dated and when we were there they were undergoing some construction for upgrades; but it is very comfortable, the construction did not bother us, the staff is great and their service was excellent, The hotel is very clean and it is centrally located, close to shops and restaurants.

Excellent location. The Hotel is improving the service, with a much better breakfast, cleanliness and renewed gym. It still needs work to be done so as to become the 4 star hotel it used to be, but it can be recommended now.
