The hotel itself appeared clean. Our room however smelled of sweaty feet. The beds were extremely uncomfortable so much so that I ended up sitting up on the couch for half the night.

Our hotel first didn’t have any light bulbs that turned on then switched rooms and it was sooo stinky. Card keys kept not working had to get to front desk when we returned from being out. Cobwebs everywhere. It was an old stinky dirty place.

Good location to Universities. Rooms not cleaned daily.

The property appeared dated. The television was inoperable upon arrival, and the phone in the room did not work. Although the desk associate helped with the television, for the price, I did not feel that the stay was worth it.

Staff was wonderful very pleasant gentleman checking us was very helpful and friendly will definitely stay again

Our room was next to the highway so it was a little bit loud at times. It was clean but smelled a little musty. The TV picture quality was very blurry and bad.

Front desk employees were frie ndly accommodating. Room was nice bed lil uncomfortable. Granddaughter really enjoyed. Pool

Wasn’t great. Nobody at the front desk when I arrived. Phone ringing off the hook. I was ringing service bell. Finally saw a maintenance man. He started looking for someone. After about 10 minutes found him. Old hotel. Pretty clean. Breakfast lousy. Would not go back.

The mattress was awful. The towels were like paper thin sand paper. The sheets didn’t fit on the bed properly. I have no clue where you can even get sheets that were so paper thin and uncomfortable for sleeping. I will say the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. However we tried to greet the woman in there with a happy good morning, and couldn’t even get her to crack a smile or say a word to us. We will definitely not be back.

The hotel was located right off of I-81 so very convenient. Easy and close to everything we wanted to see and do. Staff was very nice. Wish the pool was bigger but that's not something the can change. Free breakfast was good with many options.

My husband laid in a URINE-soaked pull out couch at 10pm. The front desk didn’t answer the phone so he went to find someone only to be told there was nothing they could do about it until a manager came in the morning. The night employee couldn’t lift over 15 lbs so HE had to get himself a cot for the night and sleep next to the couch. 7am I went to get breakfast for my kids and found several OPENED individual packs of fruit loops so we refused to eat anything from the continental line up. We left for the morning and returned around 2pm; the couch was STILL in our room untouched and no manager had called. We went to the front desk to be told the manager was on vacation and the urine was OUR PROBLEM because we didn’t report it fast enough! Nothing could be done and no other rooms available. We packed up our children and left in the POURING rain to find another local hotel for the night.
